Taco Bell — Restaurant in Garwood

We ordered through the app for a pickup. When we went to pickup, the store was closed and we never got our food. So we submitted a complaint through the app. One week later, we haven’t heard anything back and still have the charge on our card. So we called the local store directly (on 2/4 @~9:45pm) - initially the manager hung up on me. I called a 2nd time explaining the situation, she said I needed to go through the app. So we tried once again going through the app. We also tried visiting the store to see if we could get the order fulfilled and, because it was no longer in their system, they were not able to assist us. Now we will be calling Customer Service during their allotted open hours of 8am-4pm PT, M-F, since no one has been able to help get this resolved. Abhorrent customer service. Please invest in training...

Decided to come here to pick up some dinner on a very rainy evening. We placed our order and specifically asked for 4 of the 12 tacos to have just beef and cheese. Once we got home, I opened the box and saw the 12 tacos, wrapped individually with 4 of them having a different paper. At that point, I figured that these were the 4 tacos with just beef and cheese. I opened them up and guess what.....they had lettuce. I called the store and explained the problem and they apologized and told me to come back to pick up the right order. Meanwhile, it's pouring out. So I get back in to the car and drive back to the store to pick up the correct order. By the time I got back home, the rest of the food was cold and not very enjoyable. Our experience was like no other. What can you really say about it!? The powerful voice greeting us through the speaker reminded us of the commanding presence that taco bell holds in our lives and in our hearts. After waiting a short 30 seconds, we gleefully paid the fair price and received God's gift to human kind, ney, the universe. We promptly pulled over and parked in a spot with a glorious view of the beautiful customers in the store front. The smell coming from the bag cartoonishly filled our nostrils and our hearts began to race. This is what we've been waiting for. Right now our mouths are filled with the smooth tender textures and spicy tastes that only the caring staff at Taco bell drive through can provide. We write this with smiles on our faces and in our stomachs.
