KFC — Restaurant in Gas City

Terrible Service!

Ordered tenders and wedges and received only wedges! Asked about it from the cashier and was told to wait. Later cashier told us, manager disagrees and believes that they already gave us tenders! Talked to the manager and he realized the error after taking the food to show him. He then gave missing tenders (which we already paid for) with no apology at all!! (To her credit, the cashier came to us and apologized).

Waited more than an hour to receive food (3 or more customers who came after us received their food before us).

AVOID...

I did not really care for this place. It seemed to be rather hectic and disorganized. The person who took our order did not seem to be well trained and got it wrong. He said that he was new on the job (when I asked why he was charging us for water -- which the manager came over and straightened out) and I don't fault him for that, but his management should have done a better job of making sure he was properly trained before putting him on the counter. I haven't been in a KFC in years and I think this experience will make me continue...

On top of waiting forever, I recieved the wrong burrito! I ordered the cheesy bean and rice burrito and when I bit into the burrito it had meat and something hard in it like chips or something. I choked on it because I was not execting any thing hard in there! It would be nice if they started doing the KFC daily meal deals and add mac and cheese to their menu. It just seems like a half ass location. There needs to be some major improvement at...
