I am loyal to Bojangles' but I've had it with this location. Every time we go, something is missing from our order or the customer service is pretty much non existent. I went last night (1/25/23) and it was probably the worst experience I've personally encountered there. I will say they were extremely understaffed, so I feel for the employees, but things could have been handled differently customer service wise. When I pulled in the drive thru line was packed, so I went inside. When I finally ordered I had to repeat my order at least 6 times. I ordered a 12 piece supremes family meal, double fries and honey mustard- loud and clear. The lady then says "so you just want 12 tenders, no sides". I repeat my order again and she says "what 3 fixins do you want". I correct her by saying the menu says 2 fixins and that I'd like "2 family fries". I reorder and she finally gets it right, and I pay. Then literally a minute later she proceeds to tell me that she lost my slip and can't remember what I ordered. Come on... I stated my order at least four times before this. When my order is finally made, she puts a box down on the counter and says "here is your food". I then say "I need my half gallon of sweet tea as well". She returns saying "we don't have tea" so I tell her it's fine. I then realize that my 2 family size fries are missing and instead she gave me two individual fries. I ask if she can give me the two family size fries that I was supposed to get, and she threw her hands up in the air and rolled her eyes like it was too hard to handle...even after I had been pleasant and understanding the entire time I was there. While all of this is going on the manager is in the window yelling at another customer. After telling her that I wasn't trying to stress her out and that I'd just take the food, I left with 12 tenders, 4 biscuits, 2 individual undercooked fries and no dipping sauce for...
Read moreHaving eaten at most every Bojangles between Cherokee, NC to Wilmington, NC I can say with confidence that the food served at this location is average Bojangles fare. Nothing about the quality of the food can be considered exceptional. But this can be said of every Bojangles location in Gaston County, NC.
In my opinion the make or break for food quality at any Bojangles is the biscuits. The chicken and side items are pretty much uniform from location to location, but the biscuits never are.
All Bojangles operators would serve themselves well by visiting the Marshville, NC location. While Marshville may be a little "hole in the wall" town, the flavor, texture and quality of the made from scratch biscuits served there squarely put the Marshvile location into the "Exceptional" category. I can't remember having ever eaten a better buttermilk biscuit anywhere. I do mean anywhere.
Food aside, this location was exceptionally clean, having a comfortable atmosphere. The waitstaff was warm and friendly. The service provided was top notch.
All in all I would recommend this location to anyone in the area in search of a nice "dine in" experience.

On Monday morning, March 26, I went through the drive-thru at this location and ordered a Cajun Filet Biscuit combo with a bun instead of a biscuit, adding pickles and mustard.
Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the start. The drive-thru worker responded rudely when I requested mustard on the sandwich, stating, “We will give you mustard packs,” instead of politely asking if that would be acceptable. Upon reaching the window, I noticed the employee was unkept, with flour all over her clothing.
When I inquired why my request for mustard on the sandwich couldn’t be accommodated, she raised her voice, stating they didn’t have mustard in a bottle. I mentioned that other locations had fulfilled the same request without issue, but before I could finish, she slammed the window in my face.
This employee’s rude behavior and lack of professionalism were extremely disappointing. A simple request was met with unnecessary hostility, which made the entire experience unpleasant. It’s clear that this employee could benefit from additional training to improve customer service and handle such situations with more respect...
