This is possibly the worst Dunkinâ Donuts I have ever been to in my life â and I have been going to Dunkinâ Donuts since my stepfather worked at one back in the 80s. The first time I went to this Dunkinâ Donuts, they didnât have any coffee brewed at all. I had to wait while they brewed the coffee, and then they gave me the first pour before the coffee had even finished brewing. It was strong enough to knock a horse out. The second time I went to Dunkinâ Donuts, I asked for a dozen donuts and told them specifically what I wanted. I donât know who was working that day, but they must not know the difference between a glazed donut and an old-fashioned doughnut. I was pretty disappointed to see half of the box filled with fluffy pieces of air instead of the old-fashioned donuts we are so used to eating. Today was the final straw. All I ordered was a cup of coffee. When the coffee arrived, even my daughter commented that it smelled weird. At first, I told her that she sounded nutty and I drove off. However, I tasted the coffee and quickly realized that she was right â it not only smelled weird, but it tasted strange too. At first, I thought it mustâve been in my head and maybe her suggestion made me think there was something wrong where nothing was really wrong at all. Then I realized that what we were smelling was similar to my mother-in-lawâs coffee. Understand, my mother-in-law is a little old lady who lives alone. So, she has adopted the practice of making a pot of coffee, and then drinking the same coffee the very next day, even though it sat out overnight. She does it to save money. The coffee Dunkin had this morning was the same taste and smell of my mother-in-lawâs coffee, which made me wonder if these people were using old coffee from the previous day and simply reheating it. I mean, it wouldnât be too much of a stretch of the imagination, considering the fact that everything is costing more and that would be a cost-effective way to cut waste. Of course, itâs just speculation. Still, it doesnât change the fact that the coffee was horrible enough for me to throw it out. Being that Iâm very much a. â Three strikes youâre outâ kind of person, I will not be back to this Dunkinâ Donuts again, and I will be sure to let my family and friends know of my experience too. I Donât want them wasting time or money...
Read moreI went here with my sister on the way back from a road trip. When we got there we went up to the register and waited for a few minutes. The inside wasnât too busy but Iâm assuming the drive through was because we had to wait about 5-7 minutes. When we finally got our order taken I started by ordering a strawberry dragon fruit lemonade and before I could finish I was rudely interrupted by the woman taking our order saying that they didnât have strawberry in a harsh tone. I ended up ordering the blueberry one instead and itâs good, but slightly bitter. I donât know if thatâs how the drink is in general or not because Iâve never ordered it before. Iâm planning on ordering soon at another Dunkin to see if thatâs how the drink is in general or not because I usually love blueberry flavored things. Then we ordered the rest of our food and drinks. Once we had everything we got in the car and everything tasted off. The hash browns, which I get every time I go to Dunkin, were dry and tasted a little burnt. The dark roast coffee was watered down and didnât taste like a dark roast, which is also something we order most of the time when we go to Dunkin. The lemonade was bitter and the frosting of the donut was melted. We definitely will not be back here because the workers were unfriendly and rude and the food simply wasnât worth putting up with...
Read moreIâve tried to avoid providing a negative review about this particular location, however, itâs become unavoidable at this point. I visit this location often in the evening and it continues to worsen. I understand there is a staff shortage and most establishments are opening on minimal help. But when thereâs only one car in the drive thru and 3 ppl on staff and no one can assist you is unacceptable. I visited this location on Friday (6/11) at 5:45p. The speaker in the drive thru wasnât working. There was a note tapped over the speaker written on a napkin and barely legible. I pulled up to the window and waited 10 minutes and NO ONE offered to help me. While the 3 inside walked by the window at least 3-4 times each and still no none asked if I needed help. The last person walked by stopped and looked and walked off.
This location is without a doubt very busy because of the close proximity to Hwy 321. However, itâs not busy all the time. Poor customer service, poor quality and lack of training is unacceptable.
I hope management can fix this before Iâm selected to be a secret shopper and be forced to submit a...
