Ordered 2 smoothies ahead of time, short wait but the issue was once received one of the smoothies was sooo watery it was no where near the consistency it should’ve been (I’m not exaggerating this, it was moving like water) I had thrown away the slip that said what the smoothie was so when he asked me what kind of smoothie it was and I was looking around for it and the employee snapped at me asking “what is the smoothie?!” And I snapped right the heck back telling him I was looking for the damm receipt because it wasn’t a simple smoothie but one with enhancers and add-ons. His tone completely changed and re made the smoothie. There were multiple customers before we arrived waiting and he had been calling out every single smoothie, but he simply put ours out without announcing them. If I hadn’t been paying attention we would’ve been waiting unnecessarily until we would’ve noticed they were sitting there. I don’t know if it was our race or my gender that made him think he had the right to talk to me in that tone or give me attitude but he chose the wrong one to put him in the right place. I am a daily customer of smoothie king but this location I will NEVER be going back to. Did not catch employee's name but it was a younger slim Caucasian male. Read moreI ordered delivery through Smoothie King’s app & never received my order. I’ve spent 30+ minutes on the phone with both Smoothie King & DoorDash & neither want to assist me with my issue. Both times I called Smoothie King I was put on hold, then someone else picked up & I had to explain my story again, then they put me on hold & another new person picked up. I felt tossed around & none of the employees were communicating but they did find my problem funny as they were laughing In the background when I explained my issue over & over. I do not recommend ordering delivery from Smoothie King unless you like giving your money away for free.

Corporate promises to reimburse me for the smoothie but they need my credit card info. I gave it to them (against every scam scary bone in my body) and what do you know, NO REFUND!!
