Once again come here for a Uber eats order when I walk inside the employee informs me that someone else has already picked up the order without confirming it so they basically stole it. It’s 100% the restaurants responsibility to make sure delivery drivers are confirming the order just another reason to avoid this place and not come here for our Uber eats I would not even pay to eat here.
On top of the food and prices being trash. You can’t get nothing done at the to go counter. People just standing there for almost 10 minutes and no one else is able to get help. Trash system. I’m done doing Uber Eats from this location. I skipped by everyone because they wasn’t doing anything and asked for my order. Employee said “I don’t work this area sorry” stale mate to go line and no one to help you. Sad thing is my Uber Order was probably ready.
Food is a little overpriced, portions were not that big. The ribs however were really good, and the sauce provided at the table was amazing. Their biggest downfall is probably having to place your order on the spot at the front desk. This slow down the process and they get backed up easily. The food was good enough for another try IMO.
Also I have Door Dashed here a few times and there’s always a long wait past the pickup time. One time I got a order for Michael R and they gave me a Michael C and the customer had to get a refund for having the wrong food. Another time I had to cancel a order because the wait time was going on 20 minutes past what it’s was suppose to be. I understand lack of employment and I’m not being picky in just sharing my experience here. Not the best place to get Dashes from unless it’s...
Read moreThis has been my fav restaurant when I visit my hometown for a few years. Went there yesterday with my family and an employee used the bathroom and left out of there without washing her hands and when I went outside of the bathroom, I saw she of all people was playing food! I told the manager and he made light of it. Having a weak stomach, I went back to the bathroom and threw up my meal. I asked the waitress for a manager and she was rude, then the manager sent over was horribly rude saying I’m not doing anything about it because you ate your meals then said he’d take off the drinks when we had waters!!!! I asked for the general managers number since they make light of faulty hygiene in a person touching food. He said he’s here and the man I initially talked to came over and this man talked to me so nasty and was hostile and verbally attacking me like I had done something saying I can’t prove she didn’t wash her hands or that I threw up so he wasn’t going to do anything. After shouting at me, my daughter scolded him for how inappropriate he was and he said forget it I’ll take care of it and he stormed off huffing and puffing. My friend went to ask how much the bill was so we could tip our initial waitress who was sweet and she said he went off on her again for that saying people just try to get free food! This man needs a class on customer service skills AND anger management. We all left saying we will never go back to this place after being verbally beaten up for expecting proper hygiene precautions of employees at a...
Read moreEssentially the service was great and our server was very nice. Food was amazing and everything was fresh. I honestly may see if I could buy a pan of the sweet potato casserole for Thanksgiving it was that good to me. The only reason why the 3/5 star rating versus 5/5 is the bartender service. So Frank the bartender at the time of being there (bald, gloomy guy with glasses). My fiance Orders a Gummy Bear...that being said he proceeds to make it. The bar isn't busy but then we notice he makes the drink and leaves it to the opposite side of the bar. Mind you we are sitting right where you enter so we have a full view of the bar. So he does this and doesn't tell our waitress the drink is ready...it sits there for a few minutes and my fiance asks if her drink is ready. Again the bar isn't busy, our waitress asks and he essentially has her walk around the circle versus just handing it to her. We get the drink and my fiance notices there's no Gummy Bears (hence the name being Gummy Bear for the drink) and she gets the waitresses attention and asks where are the Gummy Bears. Our waitress says they are out and that the bartender didn't let her know this when she first order because if your out of something I expect you to mention it just in case we want to go with a different option. My fiance wanted the drink for the Gummy Bears...overall with Franks service is why it was upsetting for my fiance (yes I know it's just Gummy Bears but its our 5 year anniversary and you want things to be perfect sorry not...
