Effin Burrito — Restaurant in Geneva

The issue is the terrible business practices. I cannot tell you how many times, I have gone there to order food after checking their website to make sure they are open, only to find they are closed. Its a 25 minute drive for me one way, I live in Painesville. There is NO phone number to call to make sure they are open, or to place large orders, which to me is ridiculous. Today, Saturday October 12th 2024, my friend from Eastlake, traveled out here to Geneva for the Trump Convoy at Geneva State Park, he and his family of (5). We thought we'd grab lunch at Effin Burrito before joining the convoy, NOPE!!! Even tho their website said they were open at 1pm, we all get there to find the building closed up, they were of course closed. So in addition to losing around $100.00 that we would've spent, I'm being told there are alot of others who have had the same experience, maybe they dont care to make money, or dont care about customers, it's just not a way to...

I'm an avid patron to chipotle, hot head. And currito whenever I get the opportunity!.. currito being my favorite!... people talk about the burgers, pizza, and gyros on the strip. In my own honest opinion, Effin Burritos is thee absolute best you can find! Blows the big name burrito/burrito bowl companies out of the water, hands down!! This is my first time at Geneva on the Lake, so all biased opinions is not coming from me! Do yourself a favor and grab an Effin Burrito!! I went back for another burrito the day after and told myself I would eat half (because the suckers are huge) and take the rest home , well that didn't happen... I ended up stuffing myself and ate the whole Effing thing and threw the foil and napkin in the Effing Trashcan !!! Believe me! You will not Effing regret that...

Wow! This was really an EXCELLENT burrito! I would not describe it as being authentic, but it was really really good! I ordered the pulled pork burrito... which already does not sound authentic... and the pork was YUMMY! The pork had that fall off the bone flavor and texture with the right amount of spices. It came loaded with all the usuals (rice, sour cream, etc). This place is cash only... so be prepared! Service was very friendly on this very hot day!
