Adventure Zone Family Fun Center in Geneva-on-the-Lake is such a fun way to spend the day! ☀️ We started the day off with some of their outdoor attractions including zip lining, go-karts, bumper boats, putt putt, and more. 💦 Then we cooled off inside by playing arcade games. Collecting our tickets and redeeming them for prizes was a great way to end our trip. 🎯 We hope you get the chance to stop by this summer! 👍🏻 @Visit GOTL #gotl #genevaonthelake #ohio #lakeerie #familyvacation #summer

We had a fantastic time at Adventure Zone in Geneva on the Lake. Adventure Zone is located at the west end of the strip close to the State Park Lodge. There is plenty to do. Rock wall, Merry Go Round (from the small amusement park that used to be located on the strip), miniature golf, bumper boats, go karts, arcade, zip line, and even golf cart rentals. Prices are good. We purchased an extreme pass for my son as he was tall enough to do everything on his own. Although we did buy miniature golf separately to play a round with him. I really appreciated that the staff made sure each child had plenty of time on each attraction. The did not seem to cut the times down when a line formed and let each child fully enjoy. My son really enjoyed everything... even though he was not strong enough for the rock wall. For a family vacation, Adventure Zone is a must! Geneva on the Lake is a great place to visit... but from a kids point of view they may find some parts of it "boring". This place is a welcome addition to the vacation.

Adventure zone was phenomenal! We had the best day. The prices were perfect, also. Our son under 58 inches, was able to do everything but the go karts by himself ( he could ride with a parent)for 20.00. It was about 6 things. Climbing wall, krawl about (make sure you have socks)trampoline wall, Merry go Round, trampoline bungee, water boats, and putt putt golf. When you buy a package deal, you can purchase the zip lining for 15.00. We are a family of 3 and we spent about 80.00 there. It was so much fun, makes great family memories. They also have a large arcade there.

Reported to the better business!!! All of those with the same ball pit area problem / play ground issue !!! I feel disgusted with even giving them a one star!!!!! These people are so rude, and drama lamas that watch the ball pit, need to find another job before your sued!! Along with the whole business. Me and my family (10yr old, 3 year old and 2 year old, and fiance) decided to waste our money here on the 4th of July of 2024

A little side note, my two youngest are autistic and very non verbal. We had just gotten over an episode of crying and meltdowns because they saw the batting cages walking in the building and wanted to go in them. This is okay, we got over them and all they wanted was to play finally.

We paid extremely high prices for a couple attractions and two kid passes for the indoor playground. My daughter got cleared and is potty trained, a long with my youngest son. They got their socks and, wasted no time getting in with huge smiles of complete amazement. Mind you for non verbal autistic children, they had actually were saying words!!! I'm so happy!! I sit down right in front of the play place and there is an old women to my right sitting there watching. She didn't even let my daughter play for more then five mins before she said " she has to come out and whipe her nose". I kindly told her I didn't see anything, and watched to make sure I wasn't not seeing it. THERE WAS NOTHING THERE!!! my daughter had tears running down her face still from her episode . And didn't understand why she had to get out so soon. It wasn't a runny NOSE! Then I WAS CONFRONTED BY THE MANAGER WHO THEN TOLD ME THAT I WAS NOT PHYSICALLY ABLE TO GO GRAB MY DAUGHTER OUT OF THE BALL PIT. THAT SHE WAS GOING TO HAVE TO GET HER. She then went to go grab my daughter out of the ball pit which scared my daughter who is not used to random strange women trying to pick her up!!! Totally freaked her out !!! and triggered another episode for her which lasted about 4 hours. I don't understand how tears can be formed into boogers that are even visible from 3 ft away. I'm sure you'll respond back with some snarky comment as to how this is my daughter's fault but you guys need to do better the rules here need to be stated clearly that your son and daughter must be able to respond and come out of the playpen by themselves and you can't legally tell Ohio parents that they are restricted from getting their minor children. !!!!! where the hell is that posted??? You can't legally tell me I'm not aloud to get my daughter out of the play pen. And then !!!!!!! You had the nerve to laugh in my face ????? I was the one who got approved to go on some lowsey play ground not by one but two people that worked there.

Extra foot note I worked here when I'm assuming your parents were running it. Way way better I used to clean that play place every night. I'm 120 pounds 5'6 I doubt I'm going to harm the play ground grabbing my daughter whom was three ft in the entrance of the play...

Horrible...old man "larry" that works there was yelling at my kids and being disrespectful..he was getting in peoples faces and acting like he was going to assault someone..we came here once a year and always spent hundreds...NEVER AGAIN.. Larry is a sad old man. Surreys were outside...not behind any fence...not locked either..the teens sat on them waiting for our group.they did NOT ride them...as im sure a lot of people and teens do...this is supposed to be family place..if you stand by your employee " was doing his job" then you actually condone disrespectful and unprofessional behavior...he came out trying to bully and intimidate some teens...and when asked to get off they did...they did NOT get back on...larry came back out to threaten them to leave and that is why the woman in my group went inside to complain..no other employee was outside so either "larry" is the person responding to this review or someone that wasnt outside to witness this old mans "bullying" teens with threats anf "tough" guy intimidation...but i guess you see it as " doing his job" so if thats your standards of professionalism then you need to rethink training for your employees..approaching people with hostility and intimidation will get the same back in return..social media and reviews everywhere possible will be made. Look at the reviews...others also have experienced the rude behavior. You expect customers to leave if they come inside to complain about an irrate and unprofessional employee attempting to bully kids..thats sad from a business stand point. How many customers saying the staff was rude before you realize.(look at the reviews)..maybe its an issue your business needs to address with the employees and not to encourage and continue with do that path...larry is going to assault someone before you realise its not the customers......heres your response to another bad review. " If anyone was rude, please provide their name off of their name tag, we DO NOT tolerate disrespectful...

My family had a great time at Adventure Zone in Geneva on the Lake. This was actually our second time going and it was a blast like the first time. There's more than enough fun without it being overwhelming. They weren't overly crowded even though it was 4th of July weekend and most of the lines moved rather quickly. The Go carts were by far our favorite attraction although they were all due for a tune up. It was all up to chance as to whether or not the car you would get to drive would be fast enough to pass the other drivers or be eating dust from the other drivers as you sputtered around the track. It was my 10 year old daughters first time getting to operate the cart on her own and once the nervousness subsided she had no problem holding her own as we all fought to win the race. The bumper boats were also great and definitely worth the cold night air after we soaked each other ruthlessly. The staff was a great addition to the visit. Everyone staff member we encountered were friendly, helpful, and fun. My only negative thoughts were purely focused on the bathrooms. I didn't feel they were very clean but I tend to be overly picky when it comes to any bathroom I encounter. I guess the important part would be that I wouldn't let the Latrine keep me from heading back to the tracks at Adventure Zone and I hope you don't let it sway your decision to take your...
