Have stopped here 3-4 times during the bar crawls held on the strip. The prices are 2-3 times more here compared to other bars on the strip. You spend $100+ buying shots for a group of 10 or more here but you can go across the street and get better drinks for less than half that. It’s always been just a quick stop for us due to that. This weekend (on Saturday) we were dreading going but wanted to finish the crawl and get all of our stamps. The bar crawl sheet said they close at 10pm. At maybe 9:25 we pass a group that said “hope you aren’t going to GOTL brewing because they just kicked us out and locked the doors early” we walked the rest of the way and the workers were all inside . 2 cleaning and 2 sitting at a table. We knocked on the window to try and get some answers since the paper said they don’t close until 10 and we didn’t want to lose out on finishing the bar crawl. They saw us and completely ignored us. We went across the street to East End to complete that stop and I asked the bartender what she thought we could do. That’s when she told me that the paper was wrong and they close at 9pm. I’m not sure why one of the workers at GOTL couldn’t have just come and explained that. OR why no one corrected the paper they pass out to eliminate the confusion. East End had GOTLs stamp and we were able to buy a second drink there to get credit. We love east Ends drinks and prices and we were happy it worked out the way it did. But very disappointed in the customer service, communication and prices at GOTL brewing. I’m sure they weren’t the ones that make the bar crawl sheets but even a sign in the window could have helped customers!

All the food was delicious. I got the filet on the black stone, the red potatoes, and the green beans. A note on the stone it continues cooking the meat while in front of you. I sliced my filet and touched the bite for about a second each side for a medium rare doness. My meat stayed hot throughout the process. The flavor of the filet on the stone was phenomenal. The red potatoes were seasoned and cooked perfectly. The green beans had good flavor and cooked perfect. They were firm and not floppy or limp like most places. My husband got the Gorgonzola steak tortellini and that was just as delicious. Our view was overlooking Lake Erie and was also beautiful. Our service was a little slow but the only server I noticed was ours so they may have been understaffed. Next year if we stay close by we will definitely be back.

Horrible, horrible service! We walked in and stood at the host stand for several minutes before anyone bothered to come over and greet us. Numerous servers walked by and didn’t say one thing. When the hostess finally showed up, she said, “What do you want?” I asked if they were open and she said that the kitchen was closed but we could go to the back bar. She pointed toward the back of the restaurant and we were expected to find our own way. Once at the back bar, we sat at the bar for 5 minutes and neither bartender acknowledged us. Two other couples walked up and were promptly waited on while we just sat there. We left because no one would serve us. I won’t be back and if I could give it 0 stars, I would.

(In short don’t go! Waste of time horrible service long waits and we never got our food)…..We came on a Friday night. There were only 3 tables seated inside. The patio was full though. 2 people were ahead of us waiting for a patio table. My friend and I stood by the sign that said please wait to be seated as multiple employees walked past and never greeted us. (About 15/20 mins of waiting) Finally the hostess came back to take the 2 ahead of us. Quickly says I’ll be with u and off she went. A few minutes later she comes back informs us that there are no tables outside. We asked if we can sit at the outside bar until one opens. She said great I’ll come get you (she did not come get us as we watched other ppl be seated) she found it more important to wrap plastic ware. (I walked past her on the way to the restroom) again no acknowledgment. We finally get a beer at the bar (they were super busy) a high top opened by the bar and we placed a food order with our beer and moved over in sight of the bar tender. My friend tried to pay upfront for everything he said it was okay we can pay at the end. To wrap it up we sat for another 45/50 mins and guess what. Our food was never entered. The waitress never did come to see if we wanted a table. We went to the bar they did say they would rush our order but at this point it was late. Our patience was thin and we were hungry. The still charged us for one beer and we left. Just don’t go. Complete...

TL:DR- GOTL Brewing Co failed to notify us of closed kitchen after we got on the waitlist and waited 2 hrs to eat there. Staff was very rude when we inquired about our reservation. Forced to eat elsewhere and was extremely difficult to find anywhere with an open kitchen at 9pm Saturday. Wish we would have been notified sooner that they ran out of food.

I was in Geneva for a small bachelorette party of 6 people. We arrived at GOTL Brewing Co at around 7:15 on Saturday evening. We were told it would be an 1hr and 45min wait, which we were fine with because we were very much looking forward to the food after hearing good things about the steak. They said we would be texted when our table was ready. After waiting for 1hr and 45min we went to check in with GOTL Brewing Co and see if a table was ready. It was now around 8:45. We arrived to be told the kitchen was closed and out of food. This was very disappointing. The staff was very rude when we inquired about our reservation and asked why we hadn’t been notified of the kitchen being closed. At this point we’d waited nearly 2hrs for food. Since we were not notified that they were out of food and the kitchen was closed, we did not eat elsewhere expecting to be getting a table after our long wait. Because they failed to tell us they closed the kitchen we were forced to go with very fast food alternatives because most other kitchens were closed at 9:00 and were no longer taking...
