Review edit 4/13/24 We went to breakfast and I'll say it was good. However, this is the second time, same waitress, that we've been finished with our meal, had our coats on, and we're waiting for a bill. We got up and waited at the cashier station for forever. Eventually, the waitress noticed my husband trying to flag her down for said bill. She came over and said, "I'm so sorry. I threw your bill away because I thought you walked out." I'm sorry. Like, WHAT!? So basically, she was saying I thought you dined and dashed. It was very rude, and I was very appalled that she was implying we were thieves. There were many things she "could"have said other than accuse us of leaving without paying. It's sad that the wait staff can ruin a good breakfast. I probably won't go back for a while. BOB EVANS, train your wait staff to hand the bill to the customer when they come through to check on your meal, BEFORE you are done. If I ever come back and have to wait for my bill again, maybe I'll do as I'm accused. (Never, but I'm just that bothered to be called a thief.)
2/11/24 Update: I'm not sure if they have taken measures to give smaller portions, but if it's their intent, it worked. I ordered a skillet, and it can with about 2 tablespoons, ground sausage, and maybe 20 pieces of potatoes. I finished my meal before my husband, and that NEVER happens. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I walked away hungry. It was seriously that small of a portion.

Read moreI had a hankering for biscuits and gravy and immediately Bob Evans came to mind so that is where we ended up. We arrived with no wait to be seated (which is always a plus). It wasn't very busy when we first got there which was also nice.
Service was prompt and we had our drinks in no time at all. I will say that I am not a huge fan of the coffee (but I can be a bit of a coffee snob). So I am sure it would suite the average person just fine. Our food was hot, and exactly as ordered. I do want to point out that it appears that the recipe for the sausage gravy may have been changed a bit. It no longer looks the same and though still good, tastes a little different than I last remember. Not a deal breaker by any means, just an observation.
Our waitress was good, and met all of our needs. Refills were always filled promptly and multiple members of the waitstaff wanted to refill my coffee, but not being a huge fan of the coffee, I drank it slow and politely declined their offers of a freshen up.
I also did notice that some of the booth areas (mainly around the divider walls they have) were quite dirty and could use a good wipe down. Other than that this location appeared to be quite clean and tidy.
If you are looking for a super affordable place to grab a tasty bite that isn't a little Coney Island or something I would say this is a good choice.
You can even buy a branded hat or t-shirt on...
Read moreMy boyfriend and I go here probably once a month for dinner and have never had an experience like the one we had last night. It took 10+ minutes before we were greeted by our server, Autumn, once we were greeted and our orders were taken it took about 10 minutes for my bread to be dropped off which normally I wouldn’t complain about, however, that was dropped off before our waters and we sat there for probably an additional 20 minutes just waiting to have something to drink. On top of that it took about 30+ minutes before our food came out (there were only like 5 or 6 tables in the whole restaurant) and when our food did come out it was cold, so I’m assuming the server just didn’t bring it out when it was ready. Once our food was dropped off I asked for a side of ranch which never came. At that point we were just ready to leave and call the dinner a fail, but it took 30 minutes for anyone to notice us looking around waiting to be waited on, and when someone did, it was another worker who had to drop off our check. I ended up checking out leaving a 15% tip. I’m a waitress and it pains me to leave under 20% but we barely even got basic service. However, I would like to say that your host, I believe her name was Ashlyn, did a wonderful job, and she should have...
