QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Genoa Charter Township

The past three times we have gone to this location they failed to put meat in all of our meals. The first time we called and had it remade but the last two times we did not and just assumed they would remake them upon request because of it being the main part of the meal , being the protein and us having to call before. The manager that I had spoke to about the incident inferred that I was lying about the situation because I had not called when it occurred. This especially became apparent after I had said I couldn’t call because they were closed. She took that as me saying the store was completely closed, rather than understanding I meant beyond operating hours. I believe she was not genuinely trying to understand or redeem the situation but only listening to respond. No apology or anything . They only compensated for 1 meal which was ridiculous when it happened not once, not twice, but on three different occasions. Upon getting my food I noticed my order was wrong yet again! She put it on a whole wheat Instead of white, which was not a big deal until she made it one by saying “well you definitely said wheat.” The manager on shift on May 11th around 5 p.m handled this situation in perhaps the in most unprofessional instance possible and only continued to agitate the situation by mumbling condescending comments, not apologizing and responding in ways that made us feel we were the inconvenience rather than reprimanding the terrible service and...

The Wednesday special is the best. Great food and it’s served hot and fresh! Great hard working crew! Think s the place to go!

Oct 26 2022 update. Still 5stars. The Wednesday bowl special is to good! But I sat and watched the staff work together. What a group of busy bees. The flow of the customers is steady as the servers fulfill each single order. Two teams one for the drive through and one for the dine in. The third crew keeps the fired grill cooking and replacing fresh and hot, if needed, servings of the various toppings for each order. What an amazing show! Bravo!

Four months ago I received a nice compliment from the owner of Qdoba‘s and what I want to add on to this with you today is January 10 maybe 11th, but 2023 and I just wanna be your friend I have some of that chicken from my wife lol this really is worthwhile great venue and the staff here really worked very very hard and their ownership is very very proud of them. Reach up all the time I’ve added many pictures of the menu in areas where they have the food and you’ll have to figure out what’s what but it’s worth it it’s really good enjoy. Adios

Havn't been to Qdoba in a long while but I've enjoy burritos from other locations before. I stopped by the drive through for a chicken burrito. While ordering I was never asked if I wanted lettuce so I assumed it was included unless I requested otherwise, I was thinking about at the pickup window so I proceeded to ask if there was lettuce on the burrito. She said no and after i said I was never asked if I wanted it and she did not even offer to remake the burrito and asked if I wanted a bowl of lettuce on the side.. I said no thanks ill just pay for my the burrito and left. When I got home the first bite of my burrito was all char, burnt, crunchy/spongy, bitter mouth full of charred burned unrecognizable chicken throughout the whole burrito 100% inedible material in a tortilla. I actually gonna be turned on from burritos for a long while after this because this mouth full of soggy last night's campfire was a borderline disturbing experience. Besides the near horrific chicken the rice was under-cooked broken apart gritty mush and the pico de gallo was so mushy you could only tell it was on there because of all the loose...
