Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Genoa Charter Township

I LOVE this place! There isn't a girl here who isn't loving and kind, and their employees always put the customer first! I enjoy working in an environment where we can all get along unlike many other work places. The sandwiches are overwhelmingly good and every time I take a bite I feel like I am in Heaven. They feel like a godsend.

What I don't like, is the pay. The hours aren't the best as I sometimes get cut down to make enough for other delivery drivers, which is fine but $11.00/hr is not nearly enough when you have bills to pay and bigger goals. The website advertised $14.00/hr, and it turned out to be different which was disappointing.

Shoutout to Tom, Hannah, Rachel, Kathy, Stevie, and the owners (I don't know their names). These are excellent managers and are very good...

No shade to this location specifically. If you like Jimmy John's, the people here are great and you'll have a good time. However, the jalapeno chicken and ranch wrap is quite literally the worst piece of fast food I have ever had. Now I love jalapenos, chicken and ranch but this wrap was an absolute disgrace to all 3. The jalapenos were fried until crispy (which is quite jarring on a wrap with mostly chewy ingredients) and no flavor was left in them. The wrap was about a 0.2 on the spiciness scale, about as spicy as black pepper. Consider yourself warned, unless you enjoy very convoluted forms of self harm, do not order this wrap. Do better...

Got a delivery order for work maybe five minutes down the road that only took them a full half hr to bring me my stale sub. The fact that Jimmy John’s not only has the nerve to raise the prices, which hey I understand inflation, but taking away ingredients so there’s less on the sub itself AND using the day old bread too! Come on. The bread was hard HARD. It was just annoying all around. I use to liked Jimmy John’s. This is why jersey mikes has my heart now....
