Okay place. I'm not a fan of the order-at-the-window process, but it works. Selection is pretty good, but staff leaves a lot to be desired. We ordered something that was on the menu sheets - not blanked out - and we got attitude about it not being available. I get if you're out, but "no that flavor had never been a slushie" - "oh sorry, it says it's an available flavor on the sign" - "no. It's not. Never has been." - not great customer service training going on here. The signage is also awkward - papers pasted up randomly without much order or attention to design. Slushie and malts are good, but I don't like feeling challenged by staff who seem disinterested in helping the customer. There was very obvious and visible eye-rolling from the employees. I get some customers may be rough, but don't do that in front of other customers. People before us asked if the total price was correct and the staff got defensive instead of politely breaking down the price points for them. We were greeted with a sigh and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered a medium cone twist, and a small chocolate cone dipped in chocolate. The portions we're smaller then other soft serve ice cream places I've been, and the medium was not much bigger then the small, and the price for two soft serve ice cream cone came to $8.58 . When I asked if the price was right, I was told that it was right and it was because the small was dipped in chocolate. And when she handed me the medium it looked no bigger then the small so I said, " I'm sorry, the twist was supposed to be a medium not a small" and I held them up side by side, she said, " that is a medium" . When I was in Dorr, I stopped at the Dairy Ranch and got the same two items, the price was $4.69 and the portions we're double, plus the ice cream was very firm, almost like the machines were running colder, unlike this place. Even though I live close by, I will...

The employee overheard our conversation and asked my daughter what she would like instead of the strawberry sundae. The employee refunded me one hundred percent of the cost for the strawberry sundae and made my daughter the treat of her choice at no cost, and was very friendly about it. What the employee didnāt know, was my daughter just got out of the childrenās hospital after a long 3 week stay. What my daughter doesnāt remember, is having a central line in her chest⦠what my daughter does remember⦠is the evening I took her to Country Sundae for ice cream. Thank you...
