This location drives me NUTS! Every morning I stop in there is a line of 3-7 people and lately they only staff one person. Unfortunately that person(sorry but it's a young girl) is slightly brain dead and can't imagine how to take 2 or 3 orders ahead and maybe heat milk for several at once or possibly multi task in any way! Because of this the wait is ridiculous. I now just walk out and head over to a nearby Biggby, which I don't like nearly as much!
If I could please make a suggestion, do you think that maybe, just maybe, you might want to staff 2 people IN THE MORNING??? I'm no coffee genius, but is seems as though mornings may be your busy time and you might not lose customers if you could serve them in...
Read moreI hesitate to write a bad review but service here has consistently been bad and is getting worse. My order has frequently been wrong with either the wrong size or making it full temperature when I've asked for it to be kids temperature. It might seem like a small and inconsequential thing but it's a $5 drink and when called out they are not apologetic or offer to solve the problem. I'll happily pay for the size of drink I want but to not even offer, or heaven forbid pour it into a bigger cup and call it a day!
There is one employee who has glasses and is particularly rude and makes multiple mistakes with no acknowledgement or apologies.
