Wish I would've read these reviews before doing business with this company. I pre-ordered the "Union Arena: Bleach Thousand-Year Blood War Playmat & Half Storage Box" at the end of September, heard nothing from them for over a month, and when I reached out in November, I was told they would have it that month. They lied. Holidays come and go, I forget about my order, and when I remember in January, I reach out and am told since it's passed 90 days (beyond the time I can issue a chargeback) that they will not give me a refund and will only give me store credit. They even admitted that they still don't have what I ordered and have no timeframe for when they will even get it. This company is the epitome of sleazy and all of the negative reviews speak for themselves. They're literal thieves. I've already reached out to my bank to see if they can do anything and I am in the process of reaching out to the Michigan state attorney generals office. Attached are emails validating everything I've said here. If you ever think about buying anything from this company, turn around and run.
UPDATE: Only after writing this review and calling out the owner was I met with any sort of reasonable solution from this company. I finally got my refund almost 5 months after my order was placed. I understand having problems sourcing product, but when that turns into your refusal to issue a refund, that's utterly unacceptable. Do better. Customer retention should be the backbone for any small business and you've utterly failed on that front. I still will never do business...

I had Pre ordered 3 lorcana cases for about 1300. Package didn't arrive until almost a month after release. Even worse though one case was completely empty and resealed. I emailed back and forth with them for a week sending pictures and videos of the contents. They decided to claim someone in transit opened the package and the case and neatly resealed them before continuing delivery. Where most company's would take care of the customer in these situations they decide to send me to a 3rd party insurance company that asked for pictures of my ID and personal information so that I the customer could file an insurance claim for their product. They wanted me to then talk to another company to have a video conference. The most convoluted process I've ever seen for me to do something the business shipping a product should be handling. It's been about a month since the product came in and nothing is resolved. I'm out 500 dollars to these Scam artist. Checked afterwards to see many stories on reddit similar to mine. I genuinely think they intentionally dont send product to hope you give up on their non sense insurance website or you do it and insurance pays them. Either way they win and get your information to probably also sell. Do not pre-order order from them....

Just another card shop who puts product up for pre-order 5+ months in advance so they can rake in interest-free loans and then cancel your order when they can't fulfill it. Customer service said nothing to me about my order not shipping until I contacted them myself.
Edit 6/9/25: Reducing my review to 1-star, after a second completely unacceptable response from the Company for the other pre-order I had. Company listed the new One Piece Starter Decks for pre-order in December for MSRP ($12). Starter decks released on Friday 6/6 officially, and I was provided no update regarding my order, so I sent another email to them.
They respond and say "we started fulfilling pre-orders, but can't let you know if your order is being cancelled or not as we are receiving product in batches." So the Company is completely unable to keep track of their items pre-ordered months ago, and can't provide me any type of update as to whether or not they are actually going to ship my material or if it's going to be refunded.
Absolutely do not ever, ever pre-order from this Company.
6/10: Just as an update, they did end up shipping my second order. You still should not pre-order with them, it should not be a guess and a dance to find out if I am getting the product I ordered...
