Signatures Coffee & Espresso — Restaurant in Hudsonville

Came in Wednesday morning about 8:30 Staff was very pleasant and friendly...

Ordered a coffee (just coffee) and a bagel Sandwich It was $7.35 !!

I had some work to do so I sat at a table n started to get that accomplished. The bagel came fast but it was a disappointment. Thin small and not full of flavor (everything bagel with egg cheese n turkey) as it should be.

Also I asked the server (cook) who brought it out to me are there any napkins?...

She turned to the counter across the room -where she had to walk and said yep up there.

Then walked from my table past the napkins and it did not even cross her mind that maybe she should just take 2 secs and bring me one.

Coffee (house blend) was ok but not great

Their internet got overloaded about 9:30 when the place was at 70% capacity (about 20 peeps) and would not let new devices log on and was slow as heck on the one I had logged on.

I paid a premium price for coffee I paid a premium price for a mediocre bagel sand

The facility is nice and large

But I believe the business does not know How to provide premium service and premium food.

I will try them again but if you read this Expect to over pay for under performing food and service

If u are going to charge be sure u follow up with Excellent food and service and invest in a better WiFi router ! That will be $2-300 well...

Good deli sandwiches and chips to compliment.

Alpine Club: “Ham, turkey, and bacon with tomato, lettuce, and honey mustard on our best pretzel bun” I made no alterations to my order.

Very meaty! There were a ton of deli meats in there and the bacon was really savory good. The bacon was made just right!

The cheese (or mustard??) was super gooey and delicious except for a sauce or something they added that watered it down slightly. I assume it was cheese because that is what it tasted like, but the description did not have cheese listed. I am not a mustard fan, but this was really good other than the above comment.

The toppings got a little lost in the rest of the flavors, but were still good. The lettuce and tomato were both fresh and good.

The pretzel bun was a tad mediocre compared to others I’ve had, but I don’t have anything to actually complain about. It was a good texture, tasty, and filling.

Miss Vickie’s Sea Salt Original Kettle Cooked Potato Chips: A good healthy choice while still staying mainly flavorful. Went with their sandwiches really well.

Conclusion: Great place for deli sandwiches. They say they “use the finest and freshest ingredients” and it is up there.

Hands down my favorite place to eat in Hudsonville!! I have tried nearly every item on the menu and have never had a single complaint on food. Great, friendly service. The workers are kind and courteous and always seem to have fantastic attitudes and smiles on their faces. I come here every Saturday and usually one other day during the week. Great place for families or eating solo. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. Grab a cup of coffee on a cold wintry day and relax with friends by the fireplace or enjoy outdoor seating on a warm spring day.
