Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Georgetown Charter Township

I normally don’t rate local businesses even when the service is bad. Today I’ll make an exception the staff here in particular the “ manager “ on staff is extremely rude!!!!

I ordered a pizza on Monday that was horrible no cheese no sauce it was a waist of 20 bucks for it was a slab of dough with a few pepperonis on it. Upon calling the store the girl working who I believe to be the same “manager” today told me the GM would call me to discuss a refund because they were to busy on a Monday night to handle it! Being that I hadn’t received any follow up and my kids love pizza I called to follow up and place another order. I began to explain the situation and was immediately cut off and told that’s not how it works we don’t call and follow up I need to check with my bank. I couldn’t even complete my sentence without this person telling how I was wrong and that she didn’t have time to deal with this. If she would have taken the time to listen or look up my last order she would’ve seen I paid cash! I asked to speak to someone above her she said there is no one above her. I asked for her name she stated she wasn’t comfortable sharing that info because of my aggressiveness…. Wow. I just wanted to order a pizza and receive some follow up as promised.

I had seen the commercials about how they were a better pizza place now so I decided to give them a try. I ordered online a chicken parm sandwhich, and chicken bites. When I arrived I told them I was here for a pick up, than waited for about 15 minutes before someone I believe was a manager, came up and asked my name again. About 10 more minutes he explained that one of the delivery people had taken more order so they would need to make my stuff over again.

Pretty annoying after 25 minutes, but I was in a good mood that day with nothing going on, and thought being even hungrier from waiting this long would make me enjoy it even more. About 15 minutes later they finally finished re-making everything and I was out the door. When I got home I realized that they had given me the chicken parm sandwich but instead of the chicken bites they gave me some garlic bread. WTF

I have since avoided this business, and warned friends for about a year but today I thought what the hell. it's sunny out I'll try it again. Their god%%$ mother$@$# website isn't even working. I tried and gave a solid effort to see if the commercial were true, but Dominos just refuses to let me. ...

When I entered the Dominoes on Baldwin in Jenison, Mi, I waited nearly 10 minutes to be helped. There were only two of us customers in the store. Once I was finally helped and paid for my order, the Dominos employee walked away without a word before I even finished signing my receipt. I waited another 15 minutes to receive my pizza, making the whole order take about 40 minutes after it started, since your tracker said my pizza went in at 5:20. Let's not forget that 5 minutes after I paid, another customer walked into the store and was asked if they were me.

I was at least entertained by the first customer before me going off on your employees for screwing up her order(as they juggled out 2 liters for her to make upfor it) and proceeding to be most unprofessional, use profanity openly, and operate cellphones while having an obvious backup of customers.

To make things worse, the pizza sucked. It's falling apart in my girlfriends hands as she's trying to eat it this very minute and my toddler won't touch the crap twice.
