Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Georgetown Charter Township

I am completely disgusted by the service this evening. First, it took almost two hours to get our order and second, the food was left on our porch with no notification or knocking.

When I called the first time I was told that it was due to having no delivery driver and that they were having to use Door Dash. They do not tell you this when you place the order. I asked to talk to a Manager and the person on the phone told me they were a Manager and that there was nothing they could do. Wow! So we waited.

I finally received a text that my order was on it's way and was being delivered by a Door Dash driver named Derek. Having never used Door Dash myself I assumed they would knock on the door and deliver my pizza. Nope! The driver left my order on my porch and I never received any notice of it. It was out there for 20 minutes and was cold and gross.

I called Hungry Howies a second time and a different person answered. I immediately asked to speak with a Manager. This person also said they were a Manager so I guess everyone there must be a Manager... This individual asked, "is this about a delivery?" So they already had other complaints I guess.

They did refund my entire order but I had a house full of guests and had to eat cold, not fresh pizza that had been sitting on a porch for 20 minutes AFTER we had already waited...

Less than 1 star. I ordered an XL pizza at at roughly 8pm. These pizzas, in my opinion, are junk in the Georgetown Twp. area. However, we were both sick as all get out and Palermo, Peppino, Marco's, etc. all whined about being short-staffed, no delivery, wah wah wah. Keep in mind, it's 8pm, people. These places are within a mile of our home and we felt it best to stay home in consideration of others. This rotten pizza was charged a $5.99 charge, and Oh, we did feel like we should tip the driver because the lack of quality is not the drivers fault. So I paid $35 for a pizza that was so inedible it was pathetic. It was unbaked, no melted cheese, it was a joke. We didn't even get a special crust. We threw it in the trash. This isn't where I'm going to spend my money,...

There driver Bob went to the wrong house twice, so i stood on my porch on the phone with bob and yet still went to the wrong house. I called his # again and he flipped on me. Called his boss they refused to compensate me for the pizza that i never recieved. Horrible place only a couple good people there. Undate there drivers name was not bob they lied to me when i called and complained, also kept my free rewards pizza and still have not credited my account for it. Will be reaching out to district manager about how bad the customer service is. Ps driver flipped me off as i watched him drive away definetly not worth wasting your $, little ceasars is way better then eating the pizza that was...
