McDonald's — Restaurant in Georgetown Charter Township

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the McDonald's here, and I must say, the outstanding service I received from an employee named Diego truly made my experience memorable.

From the moment I walked in, Diego's warm and welcoming demeanor caught my attention. He greeted me with a genuine smile and took the time to explain the menu options in a friendly and patient manner. His knowledge of the menu was impressive, and he offered insightful recommendations based on my preferences.

Diego's attentiveness extended beyond just taking my order. He ensured that my food was prepared according to my specifications and checked back to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. His dedication to providing top-notch service was evident as he diligently kept the dining area clean and organized, promptly attending to any requests from other customers as well.

What truly stood out was Diego's commitment to going the extra mile. Noticing that I had a toddler with me, he thoughtfully brought over a high chair without me having to ask. Throughout my visit, he engaged with my child, making us feel like valued guests rather than just another order number.

I ordered Quarter Pounder Deluxe meal, the one that says made fresh to order, it was somewhere between warm and cold. I specifically asked for fries made fresh and I followed that with if you aren’t able to make fries fresh that it’s okay but I didn’t want the meal if they weren’t able to, the fries they served me were cole and dry not to mention I asked and paid for a large fry that was half full at best. I asked and paid for a side of tartar. When I received my bag I asked if tartar was in bag and she said yes. I looked in bag and told her I do not see it. She asked for my bag back and went rifling through it then yelled out to someone it’s not in the bag so it seemed like a small tornado went through my bag. I doubled checked with her about the “fresh fries” which she assured me they were made fresh which I already stated they most assuredly were not. This was not the first time I got service from this McDonalds like this but it was definitely the last because I will NEVER come back!!! Just wanted everyone who cares about fresh food and service where you are not lied to know about my experience...

I went inside to order and the girl at the counter was extremly friendly and extremly helpfull,

The restraunt was extremly clean , Extremly friendly enviroment ,

I got the blue raseberry , sprite slush it could use more slush to fill to the top of the glass to get your money worth , I also got the fish fillet meal which was ok it only had a half slice of cheese which is not a great thing , they need to put a whole slice of cheese on thier sandwiches , I ordered sweetnsour sauce and barbeque with with my whole meal and I also ordered chicken nuggets so I would have liked to seen more sauces with my meal ,

The Fries were hot and the sandwich and chicken nuggets were hot so that was a great thing .

The fish fillet had great taste very moist , you have to eat the french fries first they get cold really really fast , the chicken nuggets were very crispy and were amazing.

Over all the food , and staff and restraunt was a great amophere all together and the service and cashier was great .
