We came here to watch the Rugby World Cup final on one of their TVs. I had never been to a Buffalo Wild Wings before, so I was looking forward to being there. Unfortunately, football is the main commodity here, and if you're here to watch anything else, you're on your own. We had called ahead earlier in the week to make sure they could show the final. They said they could, and when we called to confirm today that it would indeed be possible, they said they would put it up on a screen for us when we came in. Great! We came in and it took them a little bit to put it up, but you know, such is the way of things. After all, rugby is relatively unknown in these parts, so I don't doubt they had to scour the channels to find it. But, find it they did, and up it went. About 10 minutes into it, however, a notice came up that said the channel would automatically change to some college football game at 3:30 (the match started at 3:00), which was two minutes away. Our server was at the table next to us, so I asked if she could cancel the auto-change and keep it on the rugby. It wasn't busy yet, and there are dozens of televisions, some playing the same football game. I didn't think it would be an issue. The server said she would try. Well, the channel changed, and my wife and I turned to our small phone screen to continue watching. Nobody came to check on us, and nobody came to let us know if rugby would be on again or not. Finally, my wife asked someone if they could put it back on. The server went to the back, but nothing changed. Finally, we tracked her down and asked again. She said that "football was the priority," so they wouldn't be putting it on. First, we would have appreciated the update before having to track anyone down. Second, there were many open tables, and still dozens of screens not being used due to a lack of patrons in the vicinity. And third, we had called twice to confirm we could watch our rugby, and both times we received an affirmative. Needless to say, I was rather frustrated, since we were forced to watch the World Cup final on a phone screen, despite this being a place to watch sports. Ironic, no? We got to watch the second half on a TV though, so our persistence paid off eventually. Still, it's not fun feeling like a second-class citizen in a place that is supposed to be a haven for sports fans. I supposed "sports fans" refers to only one type of sport. If that were all, it would have been simply merely disappointing. But it didn't end there. Nobody came to check on us. Our water remained unfilled. And, when we were finally able to order dessert, all we received was the cake—no ice cream or chocolate syrup, as was indicated as included in the succulent post-meal indulgence. We asked about it—because maybe we were simply mistaken—but to their credit they admitted that it was an oversight. Hey, oversights happen. It's cool. All good. Our server came back with two take-out bowls of ice cream. My wife's was nice and full. Mine was half that. We laughed it off, because it was just one more thing in an already eyebrow-raising experience (to say the least). After this enlightening experience, I will not be returning. If you like football and prefer being left alone, then this is the place for you. For me, I'll be finding somewhere else to watch my Rugby World Cup finals. Fortunately for Buffalo Wild Wings, that's only once every four years. It would appear that they don't need my patronage, anyway. But hey, at least the wings were good.

First I'd like to say that, there are too many 1 Stars reviews here with the same story line as compared to the 5 Stars; therefore, I believe the 4 and 5 Stars are just local Families and Friends trying to get their reviews higher than what they actually are. I visited this place in March 2023 and rated them with 1 Star from the mediocre food and service (my wings were not fully cooked and the lack of customer service). I figured I'd give them another try and yep I'm still disappointed. Today, I will rate them with another 1 Star. No greeting, no seating or no service. After waiting at the counter for a while, I decided to have a seat. The workers were just going along with their day not being concerned with the customers. This is probably an ok place for locals but not visitors. To the owner, managers and staff, thank you for your lack of customer service. I will not be back but I'm sure if doesn't matter to you because you did not realize that I took the time to do this review while sitting down at the table waiting. And to top it off, I get the same standard copy and paste reply from the owner. SMH...

This is about the service that you've come to expect out of bw3s. Came to this location after calling and asking if I made the order online After experiencing multiple issues at another location that was over 30 miles away that if I came in would they be able to help, the kind gentleman told me that he would be able to help, what I was unfortunately unable to know is that they were not able to help. Gladly greeted by the manager to let us know that online orders are only to go and that we would not be able to eat our food at this location since we ordered online. Buffalo Wild Wings is actually a joke in 2025. I am 36 years old and Buffalo Wild Wings used to be the pristine wings place to go and eat, those days are long gone at every location anywhere near Kentucky Ohio or Indiana - I can guarantee that! I've also attached photos to show you how extremely slow the location is and they went out of their way to still not help the customers that are willing to pay in front of them. PATHETIC!

Order placed at 5pm for delivery to my home. Delivery occurred at 5:40pm. Regrettably that is the only positive thing I say about my experience.

Order was made for several items including 20 wings. The wings were not part of the delivered food. As an additional minor issue, all of the sauces were placed within a small brown paper bag and two fo them had popped open and spilled over everything else in the bag. This issue by itself would have been manageable. Missing basically the entire meal of chicken wings is not.

I promptly called the store to inquire about my missing wings. The Team Member who answered was incredulous that the delivery driver did not check the bags. At no point did the Team Member express a shared responsibility for this error both parties made.

The Team Member was also convinced that the order had been placed through a third party trying to deflect blame until I corrected her three times that I had in fact placed my order directly through their company app and used a BWWs gift card as payment. I had no knowledge or input that a third party would be used to deliver my food as I had never ordered delivery from this restaurant before.

The Team Member offerred to either refund the cost of the chicken wings or I could come myself to the store to pick them up. I was very clear that this did not resolve my situation to my satisfaction as creating different problems does not fix the original one.

Since the chicken represented the majority of the food for the meal, I opted to drive myself to the store to pick it up myself. This left the food delivered cold by the time I returned home with the chicken approximately 40 minutes later.

I cannot understand how the simplest solution was not pursued to just have the restaurant place a new order for delivery of the missing chicken and send it out with the next driver. This would require owning the mistakes made and regrettably the decision was made that the customers time, effort and edibility of food were less of a concern then accepting blame and fixing the problem on behalf of the customer.

Absolutely disappointing experience. The complete lack of accountability and customer service I experienced with remain a smudge on any future business I may ever have with this...

Service was completely awful. My partner and I came to eat here on a Thursday. It surprisingly wasn't busy since football season has started. The waitress came and got our drink orders, she had also asked together or separate to which we replied together. She only got my partner his drink, not mine. People came in after us and were sat in her section and she was getting them their drinks. She came back and got our food order. We order an apetizer as well as entrees. The appetizer came and was brought by someone who wasn't our waitress. I still had no drink and at this point it had been well over 10 mins. My partner got her attention and pointed out I still had no drink. She seemed quite annoyed that she was interupted. She asked what I had ordered. To which I reminded her. I watched her do refills for others and get their drinks. So another 10 mins had gone by before she even brought my drink to me. It was a water. How hard is that to get? Especially when you get water from the same place you get the pop from. We got our food and such and I had finished my water. The waitress thankfully came over and asked if I needed a refill, she had to be reminded AGAIN what I had to drink. Then a little while later my partner needed a refill and guess what, she remembered his order. She can remember his drink and not mine. Ridiculous. At the end of the meal she asked again if we were together or separate. Which we had to remind her again, together. Piss poor work, she recieved no tip. If I remembered her name I would put it on here. She wore glasses, dark hair, and was on the heftier size too. Hope she was just having a bad day but I have never been this unsatisfied with service. I'd leave 0 stars if I could. If that's how she is all the time I think she needs to find a new job because my poor rating is solely her fault. I used to be a waitress myself so I always try to be understanding but this was...
