Absolute trash experience with horrible customer service. If I could give negatives I would.
Half an hour later I still didn't get my one sandwich. Almost one hour later and I didn't get a refund until I literally had to raise my voice. I never raise my voice, I always prefer honey over vinegar but at Just Love coffee only vinegar works.
When you order to eat in the cafe you get a number on a stick that you place on your table. After waiting 30 minutes for my sandwich I approached the counter and asked the dark haired girl how much longer it would be. When I told her my name she looked confused and went to the computer to check. She came back and told me oh, I put it on that one (random) table and took the order number back.
I was then confused because I told her my order number is on my table and pointed to the number still on my table (my table was not where she delivered the food). She shrugged. I asked her how long was the sandwich sitting on the table. She shrugged again. I told her I was not eating a sandwich that was on a random table with who knows how many people walking by, touching sneezing, whatever. She said she would have them remake it and proceeded to take the sandwich sitting on the table to the kitchen.
She lied about delivering the food to the right number and taking the number back to the front which led me to distrust that they would remake the food instead of just reheating it since I literally still had the order number on my table. I didn't feel good about her lying to my face so I asked for a refund.
Instead of apologizing and refunding me they brought out the food. I told them again I can't trust that they didn't just reheat the food and I wanted a refund so I could leave. The lady who brought the food tried to insist they remade it and that the dark haired girl delivered the original order to the table with the order number on it insinuating I was the one lying. I asked her how did she take it to the right table and pick up the order number if the order number was still on my table. The owner even saw me with the order number where I was sitting and made a comment about it.
It took an hour of the dark haired girl insisting she delivered it to the right table even though it was empty of people and didn't have the order number on it until she finally admitted she could actually see the my order number still on my table. And yes after an hour I finally got a refund for the sandwich. But they kept the tip. After all that they kept the tip.
And no they didn't refund the drink. (Which was fine the drink wasn't terrible) but the tip? Seriously?

We sent it back to have it returned with cooked eggs but replaced back into the same soggy tortillas. We politely requested a refund, but the manager responded unprofessionally and attempted to argue with us instead of addressing our concern. The manager thought we had bought our food with a card when we had purchased it was cashed. She refused to refund us our cash payment for the tacos and wanted to take down our phone number and name for the owners to give us a call. This is ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE!. I came here twice a week before work, and they have now lost my business along with the referrals. Because I do send people to this place, that l will now stop.
Additionally, I noticed that the manager has a history of responding rudely to other reviewers. For example, when someone complained about an employee sneezing without covering their mouth, the manager dismissed the concern by saying the employee has Down syndrome, implying that the complaint was unjustified. This response is not only inappropriate but also disrespectful to both the employee and the customer.
Overall, the unprofessional behavior of the management and the lack of consideration for customer feedback make it difficult to recommend this place.

I ended up having to go in and get my food, which had been sitting on the counter for who knows how long. After going in and talking to the person at the counter and explaining my curbside order was over 45 minutes late, I was told I needed to pick up my order at the other counter. No apology, no empathy, nothing. I called multiple times while I waited in curbside, and was just told it was almost ready, but it never arrived. I cannot recommend this place as their customer service skills left a lot to be desired. I can understand unexpected busy times, but show some customer service instead of being rude.
08/22/2021 Update - I wanted to give this restaurant a second chance to upgrade my 1 star review. The service was much better the second time around. I ordered curb side and did have to go in and get my order, but it was because they only had 2 people on staff so I understood. The breakfast tacos were a little lacking in ingredients and were smashed flat (think quesadilla made with 1 tortilla) with some sort of branding device. They weren't bad, but could have had more filling in them. I also tried a blueberry muffin and it wasn't bad.
