T.J. Maxx — Local services in Georgetown

The employees here are so BEYOND rude. (For context I was carrying my baby with me VERY visibly stressed) I accidentally left my wallet and keys in a buggy in one of the aisles and couldn’t find the buggy after going back so I asked a nearby employee in the area. Wasn’t sure of her name, she was an African American lady with short hair and I asked if she had seen it since she was in the area where the buggy was. She so rudely told me “uh no.. Go to the front” and looked like she rolled her eyes. I went to the front and asked an older aged Caucasian man (mid 50-60’s maybe?) if he would be able to broadcast over the speaker that my wallet and keys were missing if found please bring to the front and he told me he couldn’t do that and then said “what am I supposed to do about it?” I told him I can’t leave without my keys and to please just broadcast it over the speaker. He finally did after attitude and pushback and then said “there is that good” condescendingly. I also saw him be extremely rude to another employee for asking a question about an item. Unbelievable that this is how a mom with a baby who’s treated when needing some simple help locating keys and wallet so I could LEAVE the place. I wish I would’ve gotten both employees names but I didn’t. Thank God I found my keys in another aisle at NO thanks to them. And if either of you two are reading this, It costs nothing to...

I recently visited TJMaxx and had the pleasure of being assisted by Pat, one of the male employees in the store. From the moment I arrived, Pat was approachable and eager to help. I was on the hunt for a few specific things and found several items that were missing price tags, and he went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I needed.

While one employee told me to carry heavy furniture upfront to find the price for it, Pat quickly provided information about the prices and availability of various products, demonstrating his extensive knowledge of the store’s inventory. His positive attitude and willingness to help made my shopping experience enjoyable and efficient.

Overall, most employees at this location are friendly. However, Pat is a standout employee at TJMaxx. His commitment to customer service and expertise truly enhances the shopping experience. I highly recommend reaching out to Pat if you're looking for assistance...

I love the little surprises I can score for low prices! Laneige, Drunk Elephant, and The Inkey List are my new faves, and I found them all here! Not to mention loads of new clothes and fun home deco for my kitchen and bath.

The sad part is how I’ve watched shoppers treat the store. Some are very nice and try hard to not block aisles or throw things around. Then there’s others who leave piles of unwanted stuff EVERYWHERE. I’ve waited at the dressing room in a line before because someone was trying to figure out what items to buy. At checkout, people start tossing things out of their carts and junk up the area. Yeah, it’s technically the store’s job to keep the place clean, but it wouldn’t kill visitors to not rage shop either, lol. It must be a nightmare to clean up behind so many adult...
