The company should really not be in the online sales game until they figure it out

Mattress amd frame ordered online

Frame was not correct when arrived. Parts didn’t fit together and according to people working in stores they don’t take returns of these. Don’t order any type of frame or bed from them period. They come from a main warehouse and have nonsupport for them.

The mattress we ordered was due to deliver in three weeks, which was fine since that was our move in date. However on the week of delivery the date changed to two weeks later. I would not have ordered the mattress if that was the case. It took me calling three stores and an hour of online. Chatting to get a different one on time. The fact you can’t call someone is crazy spending time on a chat is a waste of my time. The stores and the online don’t seem to work together at all.

This company is a mess for communication and following through.

It is done now. We have a bed that I had to rig to work and a mattress but will never work with these folks again. Just go with a bed in the box. Company b They are great we have had 3 of them but thought we would try a traditional set up this time. ...

I bought a mattress 2 wks ago from Sean, the area sales manager. When he approached us, he was friendly and informative. I decided to purchase a mattress, box spring and misc items. He presented a 0% financing option to me. I asked questions about the financing. I asked him if it was an installment loan or credit card. He fraudulently told me it was an installment loan and reassured me that it would close out once I paid the loan in full. Once i got home, I called to check delivery times and to confirm that it was a true installment type and not a CC. He again stated that it was an installment loan and he had noted my account to reflect that. Long story short, this was a blatant lie. The bank does not even offer the installment loan he advertised to me. I am currently in the process of removing this transaction as fraud and dealing with other entities to find a way to resolve this. It is disturbing to me that an employee with such a high rank within this company would intentionally falsify information to manipulate his customers. ...
