Whataburger — Restaurant in Georgetown

You would think that they would know how to make a burger considering burger is Half of their name

Or two burgers there tonight the first burger was to have mayonnaise lettuce tomato onion cheese, no ketchup, no mustard. The second burger was a cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomato, pickles And no onions

The first burger was slathered with ketchup, tomatoes were about the size of a $.50 piece and I could not find any lettuce on the burger.

My wife got a simple burger with cheese, and when she opened it up, it was splattered with Onions and the cheese hadn’t even melted. I know they are a burger place but don’t you think they could put the cheese on the patty while it’s on the grill so they can melted more importantly, don’t you think if they put the cheese on the burger when it was hot and they wrapped it up by the time you got it home it would be melted unless, of course the burger was never hot to begin with Which explains why the cheese wasn’t melted.

I’ve been going to Whataburger for 30+ years and The last 2 to 3 years has gotten worse product has gotten worse and for the life of me, I will never walk in the doors again of a Whataburger. You probably don’t care if you’re reading this, they sure as hell don’t care However, there are so many places to get a burger that I’m done with them and being told, could you come back and replace it. Do the damn hamburger right...

Went through the drive-thru at about 120am on our way home. There wasn't a line which was great. Only 1 vehicle in front of us. They received their food pretty quickly. The young man working the drive-thru window (Michael S) was great. He was professional, funny, and quick. He was also very polite and carried on a conversation with us while we waited for our food. He was in good spirits and kept a smile on his face the entire time we were waiting for our food. I complimented him and told him that he made us feel comfortable getting our food from him. I knew I could trust him to get our order right and to add the condiments that we requested to our bag. He gave off a vibe that the employees who were working this early morning shift took their job seriously and they weren't back there playing with our food. When visiting a restaurant this early in the morning I have experienced employees that are irritated. Ones that let you know through their tone that they hate their job and could care less about how you're doing. They just don't want to be at work. Not Michael!!! I could tell he was just a good employee.

The restaurant looked clean from what I could see from the window. Our order was exactly what we ordered. They were also quick to get our food out. If you're ever in the area and need a late-night snack/meal be sure to stop in here and hopefully Michale S...

I recently visited the Whataburger located at Williams Drive and Shell Road in Georgetown, TX, and I must say that it was a delightful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the visit even more enjoyable. The food was not only fresh but also hit the spot perfectly. I thoroughly relished my meal, and it was made even better by sharing the experience with my brother, who was visiting from Alaska.

The iconic flavors of Whataburger were still intact at this location, which was a pleasant surprise. It’s always reassuring to find consistency in the quality and taste of the food, especially when it comes to a beloved establishment like Whataburger. My brother and I were glad to have chosen this location for our meal, and it certainly lived up to our expectations.

Overall, I would highly recommend this Whataburger location to anyone looking for a satisfying meal accompanied by exceptional service. It’s evident that the staff takes pride in maintaining the high standards that Whataburger is known for, and it truly reflects in the overall dining experience.
