Service- hit or miss. Younger kids working and some are good, and some aren’t. Food- never have certain food items consistently, which at times causes you to miss out on points. Today is day three of no apple croissant, last week they had no blueberry muffins, then no ham and cheese croissants. What’s the point of doing the points if the main place you go to never has the items for the days needed to earn them. Not to mention a point is considered more or less a dollar and yet you can’t earn sometimes what would be 50-80 dollars in points because they don’t have the items to meet the mark for the promotion. We go sometimes 3x a day and taking advantage of the points is def something we want to do. Pointless! Parking lot- horrible drive thru, cars parked are in the same location as the line to wait so sometimes the people getting out get annoyed that you won’t move although the line is moving, and then the road in is a three way entrance causing even more confusion if it’s packed. Inside the store- the one day I did go in there they were ok, but saw flies and nats inside the food case, in my head I was hoping those items were just for display vs. items they actually serve. I didn’t ask but since then I really honestly don’t like getting any bakery items at all. Outside of that I guess it’s ok. For how expensive this place is and the expectation of tips I find it humorous that such a huge corporation can lack food items when some people like myself spend well into the 3-500 range a month in any one location. Honestly the o my reason I go is because my husband loves the coffee if it were up to me I’d go to the closest gas station and get coffee for way less and be...
Read moreI had been visiting this location for a very long time, about twice a day. Today will be my LAST! I am a delivery driver and usually stop befor and towards the last half of my shift. I do not have a lot of time to spend getting coffee. In the last week, I have twice, had to call after ordering, to report my drink tasting funny because its been made with lo-fat milk. They admitted that this was the case. I asked why i wasnt consulted about the substitution. I would gladly have accepted whole. Not lo-fat. I explained that next time just ask me. They remade my drink. Last night it happened again. I called, but couldnt return before close because I was working (delivery driver). They argued that they didnt make it with lo-fat but then agreed to write my name down and remake it the next day. So i went back, still not happy that they have basically made me "that customer" basically calling me a liar. That there is no way my drink was made with lo-fat. And when i asked for my remake, they refused, they said they could give me a recovery card for 4.00. My drink 5.25 but only if i came inside. AGAIN! Im working and do not have time to go in and argue my case against people who werent even there, and who will only believe their employees anyway. This is the 2nd time in the last week out of all the years ive been a customer. I do not see myself going back. I am livid and heart broken that i was...
Read moreThe cashier was pleasant enough, however the barista was short, and had no expression, or smile, whatsoever. I asked her to please, put less ice in my Cold Brew, when she gets to my order, and she gave me absolutely no eye contact. I actually had to repeat myself, even though I'm certain she heard me. No one was in line inside, and only two cars in drive thru, and she acted as if there was a full on rush. I was a Manager for 3, well known coffee shops in Minnesota, and never have I experienced such a rude demeanor from a barista, who should have permenant smile on her face during business hours. Come to find out, after inquiring with the cashier, who the MOD is, she said there wasn't a Manager, only a "Shift Supervisor". I asked who that person is, and she pointed to the barista with the bad attitude. I approached her, clarified that she was indeed the SS, and advised her to smile to her customers. Because, as we all know, without customers, there is no business. She needs further training. I neglected to ask her name, but I'm sure the crew is aware of who she is, and her deadpan personality. (Incidentally, I was there at about 11:20 am, on 3-18-18.)
I love Starbucks, just had this one, rather unpleasant...
