I’ve been to this Starbucks twice now, and was severely dissatisfied both times. First time I went, the man taking my order kept interrupting me “as a joke” and would not let me finish ordering until he was done talking about himself. I eventually was able to order an iced coffee with 1/4” of milk, and when I got it at the handoff, it just looked (and tasted) like a cup of milk. I know Starbucks iced coffee isn’t very strong to begin with, so it really didn’t need that much milk. When I asked to have it remade with less milk, the barista took the drink from me and put more milk. I asked again to just get a new one with very little milk, and she grabbed the drink out of my hands and dumped it down the sink before making me a new one. I went back today to grab some coffee before work, and was greeted in the drive-thru by an older woman. While my friend and I were ordering, she was cutting us off and kept repeating “anything else?” before we had even finished ordering. She was being very short with us until we got to the window and asked to use our partner numbers, then she all of a sudden was very nice and chatty with us. I understand it’s early in the morning, especially being a partner myself, but it’s incredibly disrespectful. To top the whole experience off, I ordered a BSOSE and basically received a latte. This has been a huge issue with Starbucks not making these drinks up to standard, so it’s my fault for thinking I would get one made correctly. Read moreIm a customer for more than 15 yrs and I drink expreso frap almost every day. I come to this store no one greet us, the floor was dirty, the coffee station trash can had trash over the counter. I order my coffee as always. It tasted different no taste a coffee at all and the lady(no name tag) said “that’s the expresso frapp” I told her it didnt taste the same she didn’t offer to make again I actually had to ask her (also for my daughter that also order the same and was the same). She makes a new one and asked me to try. I tried and again I told her its not tasting as the expresso frapp I always have also my daughter said hers was bad too. Then when she saw we both for 2nd time noticed the coffee didnt taste the same she said “oh is that we are out of coffee base” I didnt realize we ran out of it”. Then she made it the 1st time knowing it was not going to taste te same but also when she made it the 2nd time she knew and asked me to try it and see if I was dump enough to say “yes , now is ok”. Very disapointed. The manager refund us the money since we decided not to get a coffee at all and were very unkind no professional and to make it worse lying to customer about the coffee. I’m gonna have to drink this with a straw that I don’t have or wait 5 hours for the foam to reduce. I of course asked the girl tending the -to go- area why half the drink is foam- she said it’s because of the blender. They have never put my drink in a blender- and now I know why.
