If i could give zero stars, I would! We order from A1 at least once a week. I typically get flats, but today I was craving boneless wings badly, so I called and placed an order for pick up. I ordered a 10 piece boneless wing with fries and ordered my husbands meal. My husband went to go pick the order up and my order was not boneless, they had bones, so my husband spoke to them and said my wife ordered boneless wings, this meal is not correct. They started to fight him and told him I did not order boneless nor did I mention boneless, when in fact I did and I know I did because of how badly I was craving them. I worked in multiple fast food places growing up and I was always taught, customer is ALWAYS right. They than proceeded to Say they will not remake the order. If we wanted boneless wings, we would have to pay for them in addition to the incorrect order. My husband is not a confrontational person so he left after he asked them multiple times to remake the order. It took me to call the store multiple times, arguing and threatening to dispute the charge with my bank to have them remake my order the correct way and all of that for nothing because their boneless wings are NASTY.
