I absolutely love Arby’s since I’m from the west coast. I was so excited to see an Arby’s during our layover and stood in the long long line to get me and arbys classic with extra cheese sauce. Finally I got to the front of the line and was ordering my usual however I wanted a different bun. At first she ordered me what I wanted but couldn’t understand me when I asked for a different bun type. Then proceeded to get frustrated when I tried to explain it to her better and decided the were out of cheese sauce all of the sudden. I asked her how that could be as 2 seconds ago she was ordering me a classic with extra cheese. She proceeded to ignore me and talk to the next customer in line. I saw another worker who happened to be the manager and asked her, she proceeded to talk in a different language to the first worker who then told me no cheese and walked away. I felt as if they didn’t want to deal with my order so told me whatever they wanted. Also I believe they pre make sandwiches and throw them under the heat lamp and wait for people to order them as there was atleast 30 sandwiches already made under the heat lamp. The girl at the register did not even ask my name for two people myself she put glasses and for the TSA officer she put TSA as a name.
When they kept calling the name I realized that they called glasses So I told the guy who was serving so this is very very wrong and It's insulting, if I call you with your call that you are, it will be life matters if situation and he said yes you are absolutely right this is wrong.
The girl heard that conversation interferes and tells the guy that "I did ask him the name", where she did not, if she did then I would have given my name.
This is absolutely insulting and wrong and above all she had no courtesy that she should apologize yet he's wrong doing and trying to cover herself.
She's also a different color if I talk about her color I would consider to be a prejudice person yet these are the people who go to roughness treats other badly or disrespectfully.
Absolutely nothing but horrible and she should not be working there...
Read moreI have had good experiences here before but this place has gone downhill. On 4/17 I visited this Arby’s and ordered mozzarella sticks. They ended giving me chicken nuggets, which they charged me for. I said “ thats not what I ordered”. The employee apologized for punching in the wrong thing. She said “ I will give you the nuggets for free instead of the refund.” I agreed and got the correct food this time. I sat down to eat and try the free chicken nuggets, only to my surprise the chicken was raw. I immediately went back up to the counter to let the staff know and they apologized, tossed all the cooked chicken on the line and said “I will make this right, and cook you some new.” I agreed. I got the new chicken but could not eat… the damaged had been done. I got food poisoning within 30 mins and have not been able to eat much for 5 days. Please, make sure your employees know what they are cooking and for how long. I do not wish...
