Arby's — Restaurant in Georgia

Ok....Here the latest review....05/18/24 Decided to give them another chance seeing how this location is so close to our house. Food was correct...The young lady operating the drive thru was NOT the one taking the order and she appeared to be really nice and helpful.

BUT, when I was giving my receipt, I noticed it had a "2 $1 Charity Hands" charge on it that I was never asked to donate to. When I noticed this, I ALMOST didn't say anything because I thought to myself "It is for a charity" but then I thought, "Why wasn't I asked to donate?" THAT being said, how many others got charged for the donation that didn't notice? And How many others didn't want to say anything from the fear of looking like a heel because it is for a donation? When I brought this up to the young lady operating the drive thru she immediately brought it to the attention of the manager and got it made right. MEANWHILE, the girl that took my order (Obvious because she was wearing the headset) came walking by the window SMILING at me) giving me the opinion that it was deliberate.

Check your receipts folks, or just chose a different location all together. THIS store has so many issues and it's obvious the Corporation doesn't care about their customers. Otherwise, things would have already been fixed by now. Personally, I will not spend another .01 Cent at another Arby's Restaurant. I personally hope they go BUST. If you can't handle your employees any better than this and hire good managers to deal with these issues, you don't deserve to stay...

I dont normally feel badly leaving a Negative Review, but I do this time. That said, needs must. So I work at a local HS w/Kids that we’re trying to help enter the workforce. We tell them that laziness isn’t tolerated. That you can’t be sitting on your cell phone. That you need to show that you have pride in you job. I think you get the point.

This was our experience today.

Wife & I went this afternoon. We got the Beef n’ Cheese. There was hardly any cheese on either of ours. She insisted I go up & ask for more cheese.

This is a good time to say that an employee was sitting and playing with his cell phone across from where my wife and I were sitting.

I found the other employee on her cellphone. She was sitting at table. I asked for more cheese. Explaining it didn’t have much. She thought for a second, and obliged my request.

Where was the manager in all of this you ask? He came in from the back of the house kitchen. Apparently working in the back doing something.

Something, I dare say the two employees might well have been engaged in.

On break you say? Both of them? At the same time? Not likely.

I can easily see my students succeeding at Arby’s. They have seemingly low expectations of their employees.

No Customers? Business is in a lull? Clean. Clean a surface. Any surface. Do something.

We tell our kids this very thing is expected in real life.

Honestly the worst Arby's I've been to in over 40 years. Such a large order and you all know they're not cheap. 1 major thing is everyone was starving but you ruin my kid's meal then you need to make it right. The worst part is with pictures Arby's corporate was contacted and I asked for it not to just go to the manager for it to get tossed away.

Well no response. That's kept me from eating at any Arby's because I learned, for the price, the 3 of us can just eat out. The place stays dead so all the food has dried and nasty ends, everything is bad. They literally ruined all but 1 item on like a $50-$70 order.

The worst of it all is no response. Corporate didn't even care and we had pictures of it all. If you do eat at Arby's just avoid this one. They're all over that you can find any other, and despite this being new, you shouldn't fund some young annoyed workers serving you half baked, out the fluid, dried in a hot lamp out "food" amongst all else that was ruined. Don't plan on feeding your kids there. Even if they eat anything, certainly not if they're picky. This has been many months and just driving by prompted me to check if I ever put anything up.

If they would have at the least responded then I wouldn't have posted this. I can only assume they still do the same and they will not respond. I want to say I sent it to them twice. Never again and I hope you all protect your health...
