UPDATE. 10-11-25 Waited in line at the drive through, had me pull forward while other cars came and went with their food. I ordered a French Dip, when they brought it out, it was a gyro. I asked for crinkle fries, they brought me curly fries, I ordered steak bites, there was none. I ordered Jalepeno Poppers, they brought me none. When my wife went inside to ask for our money back, there were only two customers in there.
THIS PLACE IS A CLOWN SHOW... I HOPED THEY HAD IMPROVED SINCE THE LAST TIME I WAS THERE, BECAUSE I LIKE ARBYS. BUT THEY APPARENTLY HIRE PEOPLE WHO CANNOT BE TRAINED. GOOD GRIEF! JUST CLOSE THE PLACE DOWN IF YOU CAN'T GET ANY PART OF A SIMPLE ORDER CORRECT.
oooooooooooooo Just left there after waiting off to the sidelines, along with 3 or 4 other vehicles. Hardly anyone eating inside, so it's a mystery why it took so long.
I ordered a 6 pc and a 9 pc nuggets with crinkle fries. The 6 pc had BBQ sauce, as ordered, but the 9 piece was supposed to be plain, as in "NO SAUCE". As you might imagine, by the way things were going, both orders had BBQ sauce on them. Of course we discovered this after we arrived home.
Arby's ought to consider paying whatever it costs, to have Chick Fila train their people - because they really need help. It will be some time before I will forget this... I hate BBQ sauce, do I did not eat a meal tonight. Dang you Arbys!
PS. While I appreciate the quick response from the owner, I have no desire to put my contact information on your form only to risk having some disgruntled manager or employee swinging by to egg my house, key my car, or show up at my doorstep with an axe to grind. I wrote what I wrote because that's the way it was. Thank you for being concerned, all I ask is that your people do better for the good of the restaurant and the good of the customers who may go hungry once they get home and find out their meal was not what they'd asked for. I hope to have a better experience whenever I should decide to choose to stop at this...
Read moreI visited here on Friday night passing through on the way to Atlanta. The guy that took my order was so nice! When I got to the window, he enthusiastically asked me how my night was going and was very genuine. I appreciated his friendliness in a drive through because that is very rare. Got my order and headed over to chick fil a to grab another order for my kids. I got to chick fil a and realized I didn't have my credit card. Thankfully, I had a back up 😉 Got my order and pulled into a parking spot to make sure I didn't drop my card somewhere, and then I heard a knock on my window. It was an employee from Arby's letting me know I left my card! I was totally shocked, but so happy that they cared enough to follow me to make sure I got my card!! I went back to the store and the entire staff was so friendly when I picked up my credit card. He explained to me that he was trying to get my attention when I drove off without my card, so he sent an employee to follow me when he saw me going to chick fil a. Superb customer service 👏🏼 And the food was...
Read moreI stopped while traveling after Hurricane Helene. Town my or may not have been on a 7pm curfew, overheard an employee talking on phone in bathroom that they were under 7pm curfew. It was 6:55 & still open. The crew of 4 or 5 ppl gathered by fryer & drive thru window were so load that I couldn't hear cashier that was taking my order. Very RUDE!!! & UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Only ordered one classic roast beef that was handed to me as I was paying. It's hard to say how long it was under light, since that was what I was feeding my furbaby I didn't eat. Honestly the meat that was on it should have been used for a slider. That's how much meat was on it. I like Arby's & my furbaby loves it, but the last two that I've stopped at have been slacking a lot. Actually meat of how much was there. Roxy won't eat the bread so taking it off the bun I...
