I walked in for a carry out meal. The young lady in the drive threw window came over to take my order. She was very courteous and accommodating. When I asked her what the special was, she told me of the two for $6/meal. Even though it was 5:02 whereas the cut off time was 5:00pm, she also suggested to me the $1 snackers which I chose to purchase. That was great customer service to me in my opinion. The only concern I had with my experience at this location was when I noticed that both the manager on duty and the drive threw cashier were both wearing their mask properly, except for the young lady who was preparing the food the food in the back. The cook was wearing her mask below her nose. I made the cashier aware of my observation, whereas she I assumed she addressed it with the cook. I can't be sure because they spoke in Spanish. But then the cook removed her mask completely while in the process of continuing to make order. That is until the manager on duty asked her if she was ready to leave/clock out. I'm assuming it was time for a shift change because two other employees clocked in to begin their shift. Now we have a new cook in the back. However, I had to inform the cashier that the first young lady/cook never made my order. She just clocked out and left. Her replacement did not know that she didn't make my order that was still showing on the screen. So I couldn't fault him for not making it. Mind you, I only really came to get me a Jamocha milkshake and decided to get a couple of snackers to try them out. But to the cashier and manager's defense, when the cashier finally did give me my order, she also gave me a card from the manager to be redeemed on my next visit. I say this because I did not make a complaint. The cashier informed me that the manager wanted me to have the card because she was aware that I had waited longer than I should have for my meal. Because of the initial courteous service that the cashier provided along with the manager acknowledging my long wait time, is the reason I gave my visit at this restaurant a 4 Star out of 5. Read moreWas in the mood for some Arbys on Chastain Road in Kennesaw, came around 10 p.m. in the evening thinking it was very light traffic, stood in the Drive-Thru line for 10 to 15 minutes didn't even get a chance to order. I thought the store was closed. I called the store since I was stuck in the line & I couldn't get out to ask to see whether or not it was closed- they said no it was not when a female answered. I asked her what could be the hold up since there was only a couple of cars, and she said she was the only one -and she had a big order. I asked her if it's going to be a long wait- she hung up the phone. Never coming back to Arbys. The line was so damn slow it was like watching paint dry except. I had to be somewhere so I had to find a way to get out of the line. If I knew I was going to wait this long, I would have went to a restaurant and sat down to eat. That's not what a drive-through is supposed to be about. I dipped across the street to Wendy's which was also a wait but was out of the line in 5 mins. It went by that fast. The employee working the counter had no clue what he was doing and also didn't know that mozzarella sticks are offered in two different sizes. Probably something you should know before you start working a counter. He made a mistake on ringing up my order, and the manager could have cared less about helping either one of us. Then, nobody proceeded to gather my order. I didn't receive a cup. I stood and watched as the next guest and drive thru orders received their orders. And I just stood. The manager didn't care, the counter employee didn't care. Fortunately, an employee who had just clocked on seemed to try and find out what I was waiting on.
