Asma's Cuisine — Restaurant in Georgia

I’m a repeat customer because of the food quality but tonight was very disappointing in terms of customer service. I called in an order for pickup, and the woman who took my order hung up on me before i was done. I called again, finished my order and asked for the price, and she said she cannot punch it in now as she had a customer in front of her. Ok. I knew it was a cool 35 minutes before i got there anyway. I arrived and had to wait 20 more minutes and was told that i didn’t order the things i had, because they did not record it properly. Yet, they also said that they’re working on it, so i should wait. I was very tempted to leave but i had a family waiting to eat. That was unacceptable. Every customer is valuable. And my time is valuable to me, which is why i called ahead. Very disappointed in the treatment I received as a loyal customer. I had to deduct another star. :-(

review from January 2022We ordered take out last night. We were told it would be ready in 30 minutes but had to wait an additional half an hour, which was fine. The food was hot, fresh and delicious! No complaints there. We also wanted to add to the order but the guy at the counter told us we couldn't since the kitchen was already busy. Hevwas not rude, but was not friendly, which was off-putting, and my friend commented that he doesn't think he would dine-in there, as the service might be poor. The customer shouldn't be made to feel like an inconvenience; even if you're busy, take a moment to smile. It makes a difference. The food was delicious! I agree with others that the amount of meat in a serving is lacking. There were only 2 pieces of beef in the dish. The taste was really lovely though. The lost star is for meat quantity and...

Horrible service. Today on the occassion of Eid we decided to visit Asma's Cuisine, as we entered one lady told us to wait for 10 mins. We waited around 15 to 20 mins then when we proceed to the dining room the floor was so slippery and dirty and the lady told us we cant sit at that dining where the food (buffet ofcourse) was about to serve because they dont have sitting for 2 people so we have to take the food and go all the way to the main sitting area crossing by the slippery and dirty floor, we informed her how we can take the food from here the floor is not clean then she replied she cant do anything about it, we still thought we can just order regular food not the buffet but she refused to take our order at all. She should tell this in the begining that they cant serve us they wasted our time on Eid. We are so upset and we will go back to this place ever. Horrible horrible service.

The first thing we didnt ask you to take us when we dont have reservation that you guys told us to wait thats why we waited. Second thing is when you dont have table for two people why did you waste our time? We didnt force you to take us, you said to wait. And we dont mind to take food to the main sitting but the flooor was Slippery and dirty, we informed this to the lady still she didnt want to clean the floor and you guys want us to take food the slippery and dirty floor....

We (me with my husband) had a dine in today, ordered at 12.30 pm and a lot of foods including pani puri, chapli kabab, chicken biriyani, goat biriyani, mutton karahi, ras malai. The whole bill was $ 65. Now the main story is, the goat biriyani was smelled bad with a rotten smell from the potato and meat. Same as the chicken biriyani, after informing the person who was serving he kept telling that its fresh. The mutton karahi had also the smell of rotten pieces which they tried to cover up by adding a lot of tomatoes. Pani puri - in the puris they gave only some too cold chickpeas.

As we are delaying for the flight, we had nothing from the morning and it was our meal of the day, we just somehow ate some of the foods, left the others on the table. Most importantly, now we both are having stomach pain and diarrhoea while we are now in the flight and about to fly shortly.

A big no no for the customers, seems like they tried to serve us with Sunday's leftover foods from their buffet.

Only the ras malai was ok. After informing while paying bill, we asked the person who took our order to just check at least the potato of the biriyani what he served, he told that he will have a look at a new plate.

So arrogant he was! Now we both husband wife is suffering with diarrhoea, stomach pain, who's gonna amend for...
