Very disappointed as I came in due to it saying they had a Pandora . Pandora was located inside of Diamond World.The two jewelers a man and women were assisting customers. The male staff then asks what I needed and I told him i ordered this bracelet online through Pandora on the 10th and just wanted to exchange it to a smaller size. He says that because I ordered it online I cant exchange it . I then tell him I find that hard to believe especially since it’s the same company and normally thats what they do on exchanges at any place. He then persists to say they cant . I can’t say enough how wonderful Mr jeweler and his wife are. They have been beyond helpful. They stayed late to help us. They came in on day off to fix problem with ring and let us upgrade a few days later.
