Taco Bell — Restaurant in Georgia

Me and a friend went through the drive-through tonight and spent $16. The service was really nice and fun when we first ordered. BUT We pulled into a parking spot and were given a quesadilla, 1 of the 2 drinks, and nacho fries(not = to $16). We were distracted from talking, so we drove 5 minutes away and then realized the 2 cinnamon twist orders were not in the bag. We had no problem driving back. When we came back, the lady seemed less happy to serve us. Then we drove away distracted again (5 minutes) and realized we had forgotten the Mountain Dew freeze. I went back(3rd time), and the lady was now very annoyed to see me. She was very sarcastic and didn't believe that she had forgotten something 3 times. She turned to the cook and said "yea now I forgot a drink...sure, " and rolled her eyes as if I was lying. Then she gave the drink to me and said,"Why didn't u tell me the first time?" "Oh, sorry, we were distracted." "Next time, why don't you show me ur receipt?" The worst Taco Bell I've ever been to! I am a doordasher, they told me they were putting priority on drive-thru and that I would have to wait for the order that was supposed to be ready when I got there. They said it'll be about 10 to 15 minutes. After I finally got the order, they finally told me they didn't have to drink. And said I should contact the customer to approve a substitution. So I stepped outside to call the customer. When I came back in I was ignored again after about 5 minutes I finally grabbed the cup myself. At which point the manager came out and told me I needed to leave the store! I explained to him why I grabbed the cup myself, are you going to do is most details to say you were out of the drink requested. He did not believe me, then went to check for himself. Of course it was out. It was actually an older couple trying to order their dinner that spoke up and told the manager that this is the third time I've been to the counter trying to get the order. I have never been asked to leave a store as a customer or a doordasher. I will never return to the store...

This Taco Bell's Mountain Dew® Baja Blast™ Freeze is always down which makes no sense. It seems like everytime we go there it's out and we have to wait in a long line just to exist. Today we went by there after i got off of work & we was told the machine was down and on defrost. So i got a pepsi instead. I quess they heard what i said and gave me the drink for free but was being rush when my spouse asked why was their machine always. Like rushing us and giving us a free drink was going to help the matter. No it didn't because we came there simply for a large Mountain Dew Baja Blast inwhich we do all the time. And believe me I came home and did just what I said I was going to do. Which was give this store a bad review because it truly lacks in delivering good quality customer service. We shouldn't have to drive all the way to Turner McCall or Shorter Avenue just for an icy and to receive good customer service when we live...
