This place is such a scam. My husband and I came here so he could get a new phone case. He found one and it said on the box that it came with a screen protector. We opened it and it wasn’t in the box. The sales associate went to the back to see if he could find one and he couldn’t. So he knocked $10 off the phone case which was nice of him. We went to Walmart and he bought a screen protector. After he put it on he put the phone case on and it was too big. We drove back and asked to return it and it turns out they don’t do returns; they only do store credit. Really?! That is beyond ridiculous!!! It wasn’t our fault that the screen protector wasn’t in the box and there was a sign stating that they don’t allow you to try cases on your phone until after you pay for them because of COVID. Seriously? COVID was almost 4 years ago! How do you even know that it’s going to fit your phone? So basically they take your money and if something doesn’t work right they make you use store credit on something that you didn’t even come there for. This is not right and I will be telling everyone to avoid this place because all they will do is trick you into spending money on something that doesn’t work and you won’t get your money back. SCAM SCAM...

Super chill people here, got my iPhone screen replaced, now while the proximity sensor didn’t work, they -did- take their time to reset the phone, replace that part for me, and try some witchcraft to get it to work but sadly could not, told me to give it a couple days just to see if maybe it’ll start working on its own, and if not they’ll /continue/ to help me. These guys rock, they care about you, and wether your stuff works or not after doing with business with them, and that’s rad 😎

Edit: Went back two days later as advised, and they took the time to run further test, and couldn’t get the proximity sensor to work.. so to add to their utter coolness, they applied an entirely new screen again just to get this issue resolved and now everything works 100%. Seriously awesome thank you ❤️

Had them fix my screen on my iPhone 12 and they ruined my face unlock camera they have now put 2 screens on the phone and it still doesn’t work more than half the time. Also, when I first had my screen fixed, I bought a privacy screen protector. Well when I brought the phone back it was supposed to be a warranty. They took the old screen protector off and put it back on this one so I mean, the screen protector is barely even on they would not give me a new screen protector and then they told me that the owners were gonna be out of town for a month so there’s nothing they can do so I called today and of course I won’t be able to see or speak to the manager until Monday but you can bet...
