Bruster's Real Ice Cream — Restaurant in Georgia

I usually come here because the ppl who work here are cool. Today was super different. The man working was very rude. I ordered my brownine sundae like I usually do and he explained that it came with ice cream whipped cream and a cherry. He asked if I wanted my brownie warm and I said yes. He went to warm it and I waited to tell him my ice cream choices. I have never been to brusters and not been asked what Ice cream I would like. My sister was a manager and she was even surprised. He then came to the window with my entire sundae done. Confused I asked if I was not allowed to changed the ice cream. He then says “ I explained to you what came on it already...”.Maybe I’m being petty, but that annoyed me. It was a simple misunderstanding but he was very rude. I planned on buying more items but his attitude ruined that plan. Maybe he is the owner and no one could work today. But the other employees are much nicer than this...

Good ice cream, questionable customer service. I've only been to this location twice. The first time I showed up around 8:30 PM and waited in line for 10-15 minutes. When I got to the window to order my Blast. The man told me next time I want to order something like that don't come that late. I said "Well if it's a problem, I'll take my business elsewhere." I left. I went back to this location last night only because my daughter and niece wanted to. We got there around 8:15 PM. There was no wait, but when I went to order my Blast the same dude said the same thing. Had we not ordered my daughter's ice cream first, I would have left again. If I want Bruster's in the future, I'll be sure to pick another location. If I want a Blast at 8:15 I'll just go to Dairy...

Purchased à banana Split waited 20 minutes with one person ahead of me its always long lines at Flat Shoals location Had to Tell thé employee 3 times how l wanted my order She wasn´t friendly very dry attitude !!!!!!!! She didn't put in à boat She packed it in a container with EVERYTHING melted together it was spilling out as She was trying to squeeze thé top on it I asked her why She didn't put it in a boat She stated they dont have them anymore Bruster you need to do better !!!!! #Wait time #Melted ice cream customer service...
