Bruster's Real Ice Cream — Restaurant in Georgia

Very disappointed this evening. Ordered a Hot Fudge Sunday with chocolate chip ice cream (2 scoops). A young black lady took my order. She took the empty cup (small) and came back with the sunday. The ice cream did not even come to the top of the little cup. I specifically asked if this was two scoops of ice cream. She confirmed it was. I ate the whipped cream first only to find out that there was only one scoop of ice cream, if that. What a disappointment. It tasted great but what's up with not giving me what I paid for? Over the years, I have been a great proponent of Bruster's and have never had to question what I was given. It's a shame this occurred and hopefully, things will be done to watch what this individual might do. She was very nice but...training seems to be needed. Maybe there was only one scoop left. I'm not going to guess what happened, but please help her to learn what a quality operation Bruster's is and she should perform up to your standards. It will be appreciated by your...

This shop used to be great. I'm not sure what happened but the last 5 or 6 times we've gone, the staff has been apathetic and have on 2 occasions made references to how cheap or awful the owner is. I'm not sure which one he is but I'm gonna' go out on a limb and guess he's the only adult working. The one rarely in uniform who wears a Hell's Kitchen shirt. Lids and napkins are apparently a precious commodity and they rarely have all the flavors listed on their menu. The drive-thru closes at arbitrary times. Also, when I order sherbet the guy with the t-shirt always correct's me and says "so 2 scoops of orange sher-bert?" No. There's not another R in the word. Wanted a small waffle cone with peanut butter puddles, & mixed berry cheesecake. She informs me they don’t have the cheesecake (update your menu online then please) so I opt for the caramel coconut cookie W/ the peanut butter puddles. She asks/ doubt checks multiple times before pulling to the window- releases it back correctly YET gives me a waffle bowl instead (I said fine, it’s not a big deal- I don’t wanna be that person) but then instead of peanut butter puddles she gives me peanut butter with the nutty butty cookies.. so from start to finish I didn’t get anything I initally wanted or...
