Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' — Restaurant in Georgia

I was in the mood for a burger today and let me just say my craving was SAT-TIS-FIED!!! This little stand alone Bdubs is a gem! We decided to dine in and I’m glad we did! When we walked in, it was clean and quiet. We were politely greeted by the cashier, Erin. Since this a smaller version of the normal size establishment, the selections of burger options was small but in my case MIGHTY!

I ordered the BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger meal. That burger was made with LOVE 🥰 Fries were fresh and perfectly seasoned. The burger was FRESH, HOT, gooey from the melted cheese, saucy from the BBQ sauce… As I was eating the burger, I was thinking to myself “who the hell they got in the kitchen 😋” and to my very surprise it was the same pleasant person who took my order 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾 In my Gordon Ramsey voice, “Damn” Chef’s Kiss 🤌🏾!! I couldn’t even finish it all (can we say To- Go box, can’t wait to eat the rest later lol). I had to channel my inner Guy Fieri and get my hunch on as I dove in 😂

If I could give one star I would! I placed an order over the phone and sent my son to pick it up. When he returned home, we were missing 10 boneless wings and our carrots & celery. I tried to call the store starting at 9:47 and no one answered. I called back and someone picked up the phone and just laid the receiver down because I could hear noise in the background. I called back MULTIPLE TIMES AND NO ONE PICKED UP! I’m LIVID! And what makes me even more angry is the fact that my son said when he went to pick up the order there was a young lady sitting, doing nothing just letting the phone ring! I called back again at 10:18 and someone picked up the phone and literally hung it back up! I called back again and a young lady picked up. I asked to speak to the manager, she said “yes”. I said are you the manager she said yes again. Then I asked her for her name and “all of a sudden” I was asked to hold she could take someone’s order. I was place on hold and no one picked back up! No doubt this location has 1 star reviews 😏 I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I placed a to-go order for 6 bone-in wings and wedges. The cashier was polite at first but gave me an incomplete receipt (the paper ran out), so I couldn’t see my claim number or scan for points on my app. When I asked for the receipt again, the employees spent several minutes looking for it but said it was not in the system.

When I checked my wedges, they were burnt/overcooked. I politely asked for fresh ones, which they did replace. However, when I again asked about my receipt so I could get my points, the first employee became very rude, raised his voice, and told me they “cannot provide a receipt without my name.” The second employee brushed me off saying, “we have a lot of work to do.”

As a paying customer, I don’t think asking for a receipt and fresh food is unreasonable. This was very unprofessional customer service, and I left frustrated without my points or...
