I visited on 7/17 between 8 to 9pm. We waited half an hour for our order when there was only 1 other customer in the restaurant the whole time we were there. We gave them the benefit of the doubt as we thought the mozzarella cheese sticks were taking some time to prepare. When my husband stood by the counter to wait, the lady who had taken our order gave him a blank look and said "Yes?". She did not recognize us nor realize that we have been waiting for our food. I went up to the counter to ask the guys who were preparing food behind if our order was forgotten. One of them looked at me and looked away without responding.
Finally, the lady gave us our food without any explanation of what had happened. I asked if our order was forgotten and she said yes and apologized, that's all. This is terrible customer service. We left the place feeling like we had wasted so much time. People make mistakes, I get that, fine. But it's how you make it up and the sincerity you offer. No voluntary apology, no effort in trying to compensate your customer in any way, what kind of service do you offer? This is the difference between good and terrible customer service. Read moreWe go through this BK fairly regularly since it’s 5 minutes from our house. It used to be great. Today we pull up to the drive-thru and all that comes out of the speaker is “B K”. Not “order when you’re ready” or anything of that sort. We ordered two double-whopper meals, I was not given a total from the drive through. Not a big deal, it’s on the receipt. We were the only car in the drive through and no one was inside. The speaker had broken up quite a bit, I asked the guy at the window to read my order back to me to make sure nothing was missing. It was all good. We sat at the window for about 5 mins after getting our drinks, no word from the employee because he walked away. But, since the window was open, I could hear the staff ask each other multiple times “does it have cheese on it?” “does it have bacon on it?” “is this one extra ketchup?” Isn’t this on the screens for them to read? I was not given a receipt, I had no idea how much they charged me until I checked my card. We get home, both burgers had only single patties and the bottom fry was only half full… I was charged 22.45 for 2 single whoppers with 1 1/2 orders of fries.
