Went thru drive thru on Sunday Jan. 22nd around 6:15 pm. There obviously was a problem with their equipment cause there was a long wait, just to place my order. In which I was given an apology. No worries. I asked for a receipt. The cashier said her equipment doesn't work and for me to ask the person at the second window for a receipt. I asked for extra onion and a fresh sandwich. After being given the food, I opened the sandwich. No extra onions. I told the young lady that I requested extra onion. Next thing I know, a management woman came to the window and asked, 'Did you ask for heavy onion?"..I explained that I asked for "Extra onions".... She condescendingly said, "It's already on your sandwich." I told her that I already checked and no extra onion on the sandwich, no extra then what is normally put on the sandwich By this point, I'm wondering why my simple request required the Burger King police, to question my simple request. Then her tone tried to change when she realized no extra onions were on the sandwich. I just left and gave my meal to our cat. The sandwich was not even freshly made, not even warm! Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm dropping one star for two reasons . They cannot get orders right. Single = 1; and double = 2. If someone orders a DOUBLE burger, they want TWO burger patties. Three combos come with three fries. Put all three in the bag. The same rule applies to tots during breakfast hours. Also, there is no point in wearing a mask if it goes no higher than your chin.
I have to edit my review. They stopped taking orders several minutes before closing time even though cars were in the drive-thru. They really ignored every customer. When I could get food, my order was correct. The employees were friendly enough - not tonight though. The food was always hot. My only other complaint is there appears to be no order in which orders are taken. As a result there is confusion and a delay at the window. Even with this slight aggravation, this location was the best Burger King in the county. Now, locations that honor business...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe stopped at the East Lake BK on August 12 around 5pm. We waited and waited at the drive thru speaker being ignored while the employee took orders from the other drive thru. She knew we were there. She FINALLY took our order making no apologies but handing out bad attitude. When we got to the window to pay her terrible attitude was on full display. Her mask was pulled down off her face and had been the whole time she was at the window handling food and being rude and showing bad attitude to customers. Other employees had pulled their masks off and we're handling food also. NO Covid-19 safety measures or protocol was happening at this restaurant!!! Numerous violations and safety hazards to the public. Very bad attitude from this employee and no Covid-19 safety measures guarantees we will...
