I will tell you that after almost 50 years of eating at Taco Bell. This is the most challenged location to get your food. You might have better luck in getting a shotgun and hunting your own chicken and buying your own barbecue.
The last five times I’ve been here there has been some sort of incident. One was a customer getting aggressive with the staff about a gift card that wasn’t working. Another was the self-serve ordering kiosks were not working correctly.
Another time was that the drive-through so backed up, so I walked into order and they said they’re not taking orders at the counter and I have to go to the drive-through.
There were more instances of that kind of fun, but I’m not gonna get into all of that.
now as of two nights ago, we went at about 930 at night when they’re usually open at the drive-through and it’s a sign saying closed for training. There’s nobody in the location and hasn’t been for many nights. Not sure if it’s a health department closure or they can’t get enough staff or they didn’t pay their bills. I owned a restaurant so that’s what you put on your window sometimes when you have other problems.
I would say an overhaul is needed and I wish I could have the energy to turn this location around, but I just don’t have it in me. Looks like the gas station owner might own this location and he’s probably not a food service...
Read moreIf I could leave zero stars, I would. Today is Labor Day and there was a sign in the window stating they would be closing early at 7:30, which is no problem. However, I pulled in the drive thru at 6:45. It took me 15 minutes to get to the speaker and order. I was informed they were out of soft tacos, which was part of my order. I ordered hard instead, but thought that was unusual. It took me 17 minutes to get to the window where you pay and receive your food. I was asked to pull up because my pizza would take 5 minutes to cook. I raised the question as to why my pizza wasn't already cooking since I ordered 17 minutes ago the girl was speechless and I said it's fine, I will pull up. She asked me if I needed any sauce and I requested 6 fire sauces. The car in front of me was also pulled up as well. 13 minutes later, I get put of my car along with the other patron to see where our order was. As I got to the door, the employee was coming out with the food. I went to my car and saw that I had no fire sauce. I went to the door and it was locked (7:30) and I had to bang on the door. It is ridiculous that I spent 45 minutes waiting on food at Taco Bell and they didn't have soft tacos, didn't put my pizza in, pulled up for almost 15 minutes, and forgot my sauce. I guess they were in a hurry to get off at 7:30pm because it was Labor Day. Very...
Read moreUpdate. The taco bell has really declined in service. Must use a kiosk to order. Needed pepperoni pizza for the kids but that's not on the kiosk but you can't order taco bell and the pizza together. Taco bell had to be done via the kiosk and they use the drive thru register to place the pizza order. They tell me they are out of pepperoni pizza but they have cheese. They just did not make any pepperoni since I told them there was a Kroger across the street to get more pepperoni to put on pizzas but they then changed to they don't have any ready. I could have waited on the pizza but they simply say- we don't have any which is not correct. The order that I did place plain cheese pizzas plus the taco bell looks correct but the hassle to place a order and their unwillingness to say we need a few minutes to make some pepperoni pizza...
