The only reason this place is getting 2 stars is because the food taste really good. And sometimes you get ok service. But last night was close to the worst service I've ever had. We had a table is 8 people. We all ordered wings. Most of us ordered half over way and half another and we all ordered beer plus a couple appetizers.

Appetizers came out with no sauce. she wouldn't come back around so we could tell her we needed sauce. Couldn't order more beer for the same. Absolutely nobody's Wings came out correct. she had to take the order two or three times after walking back to the register because she didn't know what she was doing. She had to other servers try and help her at the register because again she didn't know what she was doing.

we would ask for something like Ranch for the entire table and she would bring one or two out leave before you could say anything. She forgot most of what you would ask her to bring. Rather it was an appetizer sauce extra fries napkins water another beer. It took her 30 minutes to take her order and put it in. A couple of the beers took 45 minutes to actually get.

The entire meal took nearly 3 hours due to all of the problems. Half of the bills came out wrong. She kept trying to fix one of them and it kept going up by $10 every time she brought it back to the table. it started off at $35 and she was going to take one beer off because it took 45 minutes to get. And by the time my friend paid his bill it was over $50 because she kept screwing it up. I'm not sure why but he ended up just paying it so he could leave. I can promise you he'll never be back.

she wasn't the only server that was this bad in the restaurant that night which leads only one conclusion the real problem lies with the management. If they have terrible service is because of either training or not hiring the...

Family and I went here after church. Ordered 4 sweat teas, large pepperoni pizza, 10 "hot" wings, fries, cheese sticks and my wife had Cajun Chicken pasta. Pizza, fries and cheese sticks were fine. Wings were just deep fried strips of leather wrapped on a toothpick with zero sauce of any nature at all. Even the paper on the bottom of the basket was dry of any sauce residue. The Cajun Chicken pasta was neither Cajun or did it have even a smattering of moisture that could be called sauce. While consolidating the plates and cleaning up after ourselves, I kindly asked our server for togo boxes and some sauce for the very dry pasta. She said sure and vanished for 10 minutes only to return without either. My wife took it upon herself to get the boxes herself and leave with the children. Eventually she returned only to tell me she can't figure out how to charge me for the "extra" sauce that they were "making for me now". I'm sure I had a puzzled look on my face. 15 minutes later she brought me a tiny container and a lunch bill on a hand held electronic device of $97.. She giggled and said" I'll turn my head so you can...

We came on a sunday at 6pm, no one else sitting and eating other than the bar. We waited an hour for the food, which was mediocre. We also ordered to go food which the waitress forgot to put in but she made the excuse that “they made the pizza a medium not a small”. We waited another hour for the to go pizzas which still came out incorrectly. When we mentioned it to another waitress her response was “i wasnt the one who took the order”. Our waitress was incredibly rude the entire time. Every time we asked for something such as ranch she would make a comment or remark. She also ridiculed my husband for calling the waitress “ma’am”. As we were leaving, she was speaking very loudly about us as well. Definitely will not return. Based off other reviews, this is normal behavior from the wait staff. All together waited two hours at this establishment with the worst customer service. I am sure the only thing keeping this “restaurant” open, are the locals frequenting the bar. Save your time & money, drive 10 minutes down the road to 15th street pizza or Crust & Craft, where the food, atmosphere, and service is...

Heard great things but was really disappointed in this restaurant. Went in for the lunch special only to find out it was a dollar more than advertised online no one seemed to care that it was mispriced. Got the appetizer meatballs for $8.25 to only find out they are 4 commercial grade meatballs about the size of golf ball with some sauce and some cheese melted over the top. Also they came out literally 30 seconds b4 our meal which made it useless as an appetizer. Spaghetti was about what you would have gotten in a can of Chef boyardee & looked & tasted about the same. Pizza was so thin I wouldn't even have called it thin crust. the bottom had a burnt taste to it & the Ham on top was a joke. The tender meal was also a joke. Three tenders each one stringy & chewy and about the size of a potato chip and only about a quarter inch thick it was more like a steamrolled chicken nugget. I will say the fries were good. Our waitress was friendly but not very tentative. We had to wait a while on a drink refill.

If you're anywhere near McDonough and not eating at Fox's Pizza, you're seriously missing out. This place isn't just serving pizza—it’s dishing out straight-up magic in every slice. The crust? Perfectly golden and crisp. The cheese? Gooey, rich, and piled just right. And the toppings? Fresh, flavorful, and generously loaded. It’s hands-down the best pizza in McDonough—no contest. But what really sets Fox's apart is the customer service. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like family. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. It's that real Southern hospitality—smiles, good vibes, and service that feels personal. And the customers? Just as welcoming. The whole atmosphere buzzes with small-town charm, friendly chatter, and the smell of fresh pizza that’ll make your mouth water. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or settling in with friends and family, Fox’s Pizza makes you feel right at home—with a slice in your hand and a smile on your face.

We had heard good things about this place and wanted to check it out.. after ordering an appetizer and our lunch specials, we waited about 15 min.. the appetizer came out literally about 45 seconds before the food.. The food looked good, but It wasn't great.. the portions of the lunch specials are very small.. it was more the size of a kids meal.. not worth $7.99 at all in my opinion. My husband's chicken tenders were almost paper thin and small.. the breading was also really salty.. i got the spaghetti and the pasta was kinda dry and the sauce was kinda runny.. the garlic spread on the bread was greasy and not at all garlicky .. our waitress was nice enough, but not very attentive.. my son's cup was empty and as she sat down to eat her Chick-fil-A, we had to get her attention to get a refill.. i don't even think she introduced herself..
