Recent: I keep giving them a chance for some reason and they messed up my order AGAIN. Even after waiting for over 1 hour since I placed the order online, and sat in the drive-thru for so long. I keep vouching for y'all to my husband who doesn't even like this location, but you guys keep proving him right. Now I wish another fried chicken place would open up with people who will make the food right or AT LEAST communicate and give me other options. Three extra chicken tenders don't make up for four whole giant pieces of chicken. It's really disappointing to order from here.
Previous: (bare in mind, I was just there and it was only about 2pm, so no excuse for lacking food). My husband and I moved to this area in Summer of 2021. Every now and then, I'll crave fried chicken so I go here cause it's closer to us than other places. Why? I don't know anymore. Every single time that I alone or my husband and I, or even my family and I have gone here; whether it be the most basic of orders (#13 3-piece meal), up to their 16pc or whatever family meal, they ALWAYS forget something. Without fail. There's never been a single time where they got it right, so I developed the habit of staying within their store (I pull up right beside their entry door) to check for everything that I ordered to make sure that it's all there. I was going to stay at the window and do it because I had a feeling that something was missing, but I pulled up so that if someone did come up, I wouldn't be in their way. Low and behold, I opened the box and my 3 piece that I ordered was only a 2 piece. I have my car camera, and their store cameras to verify. I had to back up to let them know and the young guy there talked to me like I was dumb. He asked me, "is the chicken leg under the other chicken?" Look, these pieces are tiny AF, if it was under it then that would be even more sad. But I raised it to his face to lift the chicken and there was not some miniscule chicken leg there. I even lifted everything else in there. Why is it that everyone here hasn't received better training or to be replaced? Is someone in there teaching them to leave the extra parts of our food in there? He finally did give me the leg that's supposed to come with my meal, and you bet your ass I checked that too. Luckily it was there.
Last time I went here with my husband, we parked there to eat in our car and I had to go in to ask for missing items. Wtf is with this place and whoever is doing such a horrible job while working here? Yes, this is a long af review. Read moreStopped Thursday (2/15/24), around 7:20 am. Not busy at all, but they were uttetly slow. I placed my order, requested 10 sugars & 3 creams for my coffee and the feminine young man (no judgment here but describing him like that because I didn't get his name) at the drive through window opt to act as if I requested a million $ from him personally. He looked at me crazily and said, "10 sugars!" I responded, "Yes." He gave me my order and I asked if the receipt was in the bag, and he replied, "Yes." I pulled over to prepare my coffee and realized this unprofessional asinine gave me 10 zero low sugars and no receipt. Now, I'm pissed because one, it was too early in the morning to be played with, and two, give customers what they ask and pay for and keep your personal opinions and beliefs to yourself!!! I pulled to the door, walked in, and informed the lady (she appeared to be a manager) that I may need low calorie sugar, but I did not ask him for that and he was trying ti be funny! I did NOT appreciate that lil boy playing with me because rather he thought that was too many packs of sugar or not, it wasn't his call nor his place to give diet sugar and then lied because there was NO receipt in my bag!!! I have a health provider and no health issues. Therefore, I didn't/don't need the cashier at the drive throgh window, indirect help health wise. Teach these employees who pay their wages, stay in their lane, and respect customer's request. Rather, he thought I needed that many packs or not; it wasn't his call to choose for me! Read moreVisited the Bojangles today and when I pulled up to the drive thru, I was greeted with a very lazy voice on the intercom. I told the young lady what I wanted and she was very uninterested in talking to me, so much so I had to say something to her when I got to the window. I have worked in customer service before and I know sometimes you have to fake it till you make it. I asked her was the chicken fresh. She said yes, so I proceeded with the order. This restaurant never, I mean never has any cars in line. I have never went there and saw anybody except for the ones that work there. We decided that we would give them a try anyway. We were impressed because they had a 90 health score, so surely everything would be ok. Once I got to the window, the young lady told me the total. I knew it was her that took my order and I asked her of she was ok. She smiled and said yes, she was just tired. This is when you hear crickets because there was no other cars around and once again there are never any here. I wonder how they are still in business really. Nevertheless we got our chicken 🐔 and yes it was 🥶 cold. I was so disappointed 😞 that I just took it home to heat in the microwave, but will never visit this Bojangles again. It was just too much for me to take it back. Especially if you lied when I asked and it was not like you didn't have time to drop some fresh chicken, no one was there.
