I happened to stop by to get something to eat with a friend we ordered boneless spare ribs and chicken wings with fries and 3 egg rolls which came out to a total of $43. The lady at the front who took our order told us it would be ready in 15 minutes, we came back in 20 minutes to only the wings that were ready.. which was fine because we weren’t in a rush but as we where waiting I happened to notice the same person who took my order was preparing the food with no gloves, no hair net, and did not wash her hands after handling money. She then gave me my order of mushy rice and dry boneless ribs.. I proceeded to ask her for more sauce for my ribs she said no so I immediately asked for an refund the food was absolutely unacceptable dry wings with burnt fries and mushy rice and dry ribs for $43 and not to mention she forgot about the egg rolls that we ordered which was on the receipt and told us we never ordered egg rolls so we had to go all the way back to the car for a receipt just to be told it would be 10 more minutes. She then began to tell me to never come back to her restaurant which i totally agreed with her and said I would never be back that wasn’t an issue then she continued to tell me that nobody likes “my kind “. Very rude and racist people with poor food quality...

Out of all of the local Chinese restaurants that I've tried, I like their rice the best. It is fluffy and not so dry that it almost gets stuck in your throat. It also has more flavor than the other ones I've tried. I ordered the beef and broccoli combo with pork fried rice with no peas or carrots. The beef and broccoli didn't have a lot of flavor, but maybe it would have if I had asked for extra brown sauce. The container isn't the big one, it's the regular sized one for a combo plate, which came with a veggie spring roll. I actually liked the spring roll, even if it had no meat. I could taste the ginger in it, and it had a little bit of heat to it. The lady up front wasn't so friendly and welcoming, but she also wasn't rude. Next time, I'm planning on trying another meat entree with the fried rice. I paid $2.50 extra for pork fried rice. So, my total was $11.99+2.50+8% tax=$15.65 for a beef and broccoli combo with pork fried rice and a...
Read moreI think restaurant food in general is not the same since the pandemic. The authentic flavor and good customer service is average all over McDonough. There are not a lot of good authentic Chinese restaurants here. I do still order from this one from time to time. It’s frustrating for both the owner and the customer when there is a language barrier. The dad has gotten better and he is learning English. I was surprised to see him smiling and singing the time I was there. He was the only person in the restaurant that day. When I called to place my order he took my order over the phone. I could understand him clearly and he understood me because my order was correct. I like to get what I buy and I want it to taste good as well. We have to show each other a little more grace and patience. It must be frustrating to be an adult in a country and not be able to speak the main language clearly . So I say be patient with him or just order somewhere else but good Luck. The best Chinese food I had this year so far was in the city of Boston at China Town. Tasted very different and...
