Will never go here again! Went thru drive thru ordered a Whopper with cheese combo with large onion ring and Coke Zero. And also n Original Chicken Sandwich combo with Large Onion Rings and Coke. It took 10 minutes to get to the window and then sat there for what seemed like forever. Then I finally get my order and pulled up a little bit so next car could get to the window and decided to check if my order was all there.
It's a good thing I did because the ONLY thing that was correct was the chicken sandwich! I immediately drove back around and got behind a car that was in line..... And then finally after another forever I get to the window and the guy that came to the window said "What's your problem?" And even though I was shocked at the way he approached the window I told him what I had ordered and that that's not what I had been given, and even the drinks were wrong... He looked at me and said that I had already left with the food and it had been too long for him to be able to fix my food. 🤬🤬🤬 Are you kidding me? I didn't say anything, for a second then finally I said "Oh wait, you're serious?" And immediately I said "That's not gonna work for me. I need you to fix my order please." He finally rolled his eyes and walked off saying something into his headphones. Then basically threw the bag back out at me. Read moreIf I could give this Burger King a zero I would. I went through the drive thru and was given my card and food back. I was waiting on my receipt because I use my receipts for tax purposes. The young lady never came back to the window and just stood there talking another order. I signaled the manager but he called another girl over and I told her I been waiting on my receipt then she went and got the manager and the manager said that they were out of receipt paper. I asked him why didn’t the young lady say that instead of having me looking at her for 5 minutes straight. His reply was that he didn’t know! Needless to say I drove off. I’m not mad about the receipt because my accountant can just pull it from my bank transactions. What I’m mad about is the lack of quality customer service I was given. Why would you ignore a customer at the window? Why couldn’t the manager give me a response to his employee actions? If you want to stay positive and have a good morning and vibe with good people don’t stop for breakfast at this Burger King. Read moreYesterday my co-workers and I decided we wanted to try the new Burger King chicken sandwich for lunch. We ordered through the app to be delivered. I ordered for 5 people. When the driver (via Door Dash) showed up he had ONLY HALF of 1 persons order. I was furious! He claimed that's all the restaurant gave him. I called and they stated they gave the full order and I would need to call Door Dash. Which I did. To which door Dash stated I would need to call the restaurant. All the while I have 5 busy adults who are starving. I was so angry I went to the restaurant (which I didn't have time to do) and had the absolute pleasure of meeting Richard, the GM of the Thornton Rd store. I was upset, he was upset and very busy. He took the time to talk to me and make the situation right, though it was through no fault of his store. He personally remade my entire order AND helped me carry all the food out to my car.
