The manager of this Subway restaurant simply needs to wash her hands and clean-up her attitude. I had the worst experience I've ever had as a customer the last time I visited this establishment. The manager became very irate when I requested that another employee prepare my sandwiches. My daughter and I happen to like the way two of the employees prepare our food due to their cleanliness and friendly demeanor. The manager informed me that she would be the one to prepare my sandwiches at that moment and for any future visits. She also added if I didn't like it I could call the corporate office. I was shocked at her comment, and I couldn't believe the nasty tone she used to speak to me. When I took out my phone to take a picture of the phone number on the door she actually threatened to call the police. I told her to go ahead and call because I was doing nothing wrong. My eleven year old daughter was with me and very upset by the woman's behavior. I waited in front of the store for the police to arrive for approximately 15 minutes. The police never came so I called the non-emergency number myself to see if they were on the way. Apparently the manager never called so I requested they come to the store. My point in doing this was to show my daughter we did nothing wrong. When the officer arrived, the manager refused to give her name, and further insulted me by telling the officer I stated, "I don't want white people preparing my food." Of course I said nothing of the sort, and I repeat when the police officer arrived the manager refused to give her name. Before my experience I used to frequent this establishment at least once a week due to the cleanliness and friendliness of the other employees.    Read moreI went by this subway. First time at this particular location. I won't go back. Not only were the sandwich makers rude but they were unprofessional. I have worked in food service before and would never treat a Parton the way I was treated. I ordered The Boss, number 6. The girl says subs 1-12 can not be customized you can take things off but can not add anything to it. I did not think anything of it at first No problem, all subs since the beginning of time have veggies on it.. The pepperoni, the cheese and meatballs were all fine. I did not want anything ridiculous on it but the veggies I normally get and have always gotten. When my sandwich comes out of the toaster oven the other girl immediately starts wrapping it up. I stop her and tell her I want veggies. The B*tch snips at me and tells me that i can not add veggies to the sub and that I would have to pay extra to customize (add veggies). I was shocked. My brother owns a subway out of town and I have been eating at subway for years. Never in my life have I heard this. So I tell her, this was my first time ever hearing a Subway sandwich can not be customized despite it being mentioned in every commercial since the subway series campaign began. She tries to argue with me about it. I am not going back and forth with a sad person living a sad life. I should have not even paid for it. But I did. $17.00 for a sub that should have only been about 12. What a load of bull!! Its subway they will get business but if that chick's name was on the door.    Read moreI placed an online order because I just wanted to pick up my food after a long day at work and go about my way because it was already paid for thinking it would be ready because the app said it was steady. When I got to subway there was 1 customer getting her food made at the time she was requesting a lot of stuff that she wanted the employee to do which is understandable because she is paying for the service so as I waited. A woman walked in, and then a man walked in so the sandwich artist, Stephanie, decided to skip us and greet the man and serve him instead, not saying nothing to us.. and told the customer is she getting cookies or place a online order because she said something about her not acknowledging us. I felt that was disrespectful on her part and not the customer . Knowingly that we were next in line, plus I was already hungry because I didnât know why it took that long to get my online order and the place wasnât busy at that time . There were also 5 Other online ticket that she decide to pull out. Once I said, I was online order so they didnât even care about online orders. so I didnât want her making my food since she had an attitude, so Mrs. Renee came out and made me in that customer order, so thank you Mrs Renee for having such a great customer service skill.
