IHOP — Restaurant in Georgia

This was by far one of the worst restaurants experience ever!!! The waiter took our order and didn't write anything down. It was 7 of us. He came back saying he couldn't remember and he wrote it down. We waited forever for the food to finally come. As the food was coming out, the manager came over and asked if we called for her and we said no. Then we started trying to eating our food and realized it was cold, not fresh, our orders were wrong, and we were missing items. The waiter comes back and we told him and he said that is why I sent the manager over. So he already knew it was wrong and not fresh but didn't tell us and didn't tell us he sent the manager over. He kept saying it was the cook's fault. So we actually asked for the manager but she never came back. I'm not even sure if she was the manager. Then a hostess came over but her attitude was horrible. She brought us some more food amd slammed the plates on the table. She said the food was fresh off the grill but we were confused bec it was still cold. She was bringing individual items out instead of full meals out and it still wasn't fresh. So we asked for a manager again. Once again, the manager never came. By now, we had been there almost 2 hours. The waiter never came back and he abandoned us (and his other tables). They said he was overwhelmed. We finally got out checks. They were all wrong. She had an attitude again because she had to adjust the tickets and check us all out so finally she goes and talks to someone who I guess was the real manager and they took off 20% but we really shouldn't have paid because none of us hate that garbage. Finally the "manager" came. She tried to be nice but we waited on her to finally come. At that point, I just wanted to pay and get out of that trashy and dirty place with rude workers and never return! I hate I wasted over 2...

Came to this location twice. The first visit was great. Our waitress was amazing and the food was great. Then there was the most recent visit Our waiter Ollie was mad that he had 6 tables. He never came to take our order. Another waitress did. We asked him twice to refill our coffee and he walked on by and ignored us. He chose to wait on other tables instead of ours. There were 4 tables with African American patrons and 2 Caucasian tables ( including ours). He kept waiting on the other 4 and ignored both Caucasian tables. Our food was cold as if it had sat on the table too long. We asked for a side of gravy that was supposed to come with the meal and he walked away saying he'd get it. I watched him hide without even going to the kitchen. (Where we were seated, I had a direct line of sight to the kitchen. ) After almost 10 minutes of waiting we finally asked another waitress to grab it for us. She returned in less than 30 seconds. He finally came out from his hiding spot that I could see as well and saw me watching him and then went to get the gravy. We showed him we already had it and requested the check. He handed it to me and promptly walked away . We tried to pay up front because we didn't want to wait forever in him any longer an were ready to leave. They wouldn't let us pay up front so the host had to go take our payment to him.if his service wasn't bad enough, his pants were sagging so low we could see his underwear. Not a professional look in my opinion... We're definitely not coming back to...

The pay phone in the lobby should have been a dead giveaway. So, you may want to get a cup of coffee for this one. I hope it isn’t the IHOP coffee, because the first cup was cold and I asked them to brew me a fresh pot. That was the best thing about this visit. There was a shift manager who was attending tables alone. I asked if they were understaffed, since it took so long for her to come to the table, and she said no, her shift hadn’t come yet, but there were no people from shift 2 there AT ALL. There were about 5 tables, service was slow, and the table was sticky. I had to ask her to wipe my table off....granted THERE WERE ONLY 20+ empty tables. It took 34 minutes for us to get our food. The shift supervisor was too “busy” to come to out table because she was in the office from the time she took our order to the time she brought our cold, hard food. The pancakes were cold and tough, the bacon was hard as a brick, the mashed potatoes were so cold that the butter wouldn’t melt, and the eggs were rubbery. I didn’t know where she ran off to, so finally another lady came onto shift. I asked her to get us more pancakes and mashed potatoes. The shift supervisor came running out of the office apologizing, but still took another 26 minutes to get the reorder out.
