Worst experience EVER! I tried to go online to post on the company website but this location put the receipt on the bag with all required information, with the tape over the numbers. (probably on purpose). We went thru the drive thru on March 1, 2015 with only ONE car in front of us. our receipt shows that the order was recorded at 6:05 pm. We waited in line for 45 minutes to get our food! There were three cars that pulled in behind us. WE were trapped in this line or we certainly would have left. When the car in front of us FINALLY pulled away and we drove up to the window, I asked what was going on!!? His response..... "the lady in the car that just left ordered 10 sandwiches and then added on to her order when she got to the window". My question to him was " Why wasn't she asked to pull forward so that the other patrons could get their orders while they made up her order???"
Their answer...."Sorry for your wait".
UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!!!! No discount, no free food, no coupons....... NO SERVICE!!!! 45 minutes in a drive-thru line is INEXCUSABLE!

So I had ordered mine and then used the code from my dads phone to order it(my dad is in the car), then the lady at the cashier spoke with a aggressive tone at me said I can only order one. I had to then had to clarify that the order was for my dad. She still had a aggressive tone like she was mad at me for some reason(even after the nonsense from her,she still got my dad the burger).Restaurants or wherever, should always treat their customers with good hostility even when they feel agitated. Fyi, I didn’t even raise my voice or show any annoyed/agitated emotion the whole time, I was just speaking in a regular tone. I always loved this place because there was an older lady at the cashier who was always nice until this lady came in for the morning shift I think. Thanks to this lady, my whole day feels ruined and the manager for this place please tell your staff how to treat your customers.

Read moreGood food fast service that was 2 years ago So I went yesterday February 21st and I had horrible experience I ordered through the app I receive my food and try to order a milkshake the manager Samantha told me that she's receiving the shift and she cannot take my order at that time 2:30pm I said okay I'll come back later going to my car I realize that they can order through the app. I'm walking back into the store and for my surprise not even 30 seconds there's a guy ordering for my surprise when I've been told that I can't order. A few customers later than being helped I'm still waiting for my milkshake the lady asked me what I'm waiting for milkshake she said I wanted to give it to you I said no you didn't and she tried to argue with me while she almost threw the receipt for the milkshake away.
