As a delivery driver, this was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I arrived at the restaurant as the status of the order was updated to "Confirmed" which means that the restaurant just checked their app and accepted the order - this, despite the fact that the order had been placed by the customer 13 minutes earlier. So, rather than go inside to wait, I waited in my car. If the order was "Confirmed" then the restaurant has definitely received it, or so I thought.
I go inside 10 minutes later and state that I'm there to pickup the order and give the name of the customer. The four faces behind the bar all stare at me blankly before looking at each other in complete confusion. They didn't know about the order. They huddled around their POS and tried to figure it out, then they branched out and went back to work. Again, I wrongly made an assumption: in this case that they had found the order and went to work on it. They didn't ask me any further questions. My fault for assuming.
I waited another 10 minutes or so, watched them ring up several other customers, hand out several orders to others, and then I walked back up to the bar to check on the status of my order (it was only two medium subs). They again blankly stared at me before one of them said, "Oh, our manager is trying to find the order now."
F this place. They caused my ratings to drop because I had no choice but to cancel...

I stood for 5+ min and this younger guy in here seen that there wasn't anyone behind the counter when I walked in and decided to continue to spray and wipe areas near the door area while I was standing there waiting on him. Then once "realized" that there was a customer in the store, then he finally came to the register and took my order. But didn't say I'm sorry for having you wait or whatever... No..he threw his hand up over the top of the register with an negative attitude like what you want. I asked him was he alright... I guess not expecting me to say anything then pulled back a little. Then was throwing stuff around while fixing my food as I was watching him the entire time. This guy doesn't have good customer service. If he didn't want to be there, then he should've called out for today. But this isn't the first time. My wife also told me a while that she go back to this firehouse because dude had a bad attitude with her some months back. He's a problem and timing as far as giving better customer service needs to improve drastically. People will stop coming to this location if something doesn't be...
Read moreThis store does a very good job, whenever the woman is working as manager. I've heard her stay on top of things, double check everything. But then there's an older male with slicked back gray hair, and every time I've ordered during his shift, the food and service was terrible. My order is rarely correct. A teenager tried to argue with me when i went back in to ask for the sides of ranch that my order had, he said he already put ranch on both sides of the sandwich even though the order said put it on the side, and the manager just stood there not even listening, and when he chimed in he said to the kid "just give her the ranch" and walked in the back. This firehouse is right next to my house so i hate that i now have to call and ask which manager is working if I want not just a well made order, but a correct order. I worked for a firehouse subs in Milton for years and i guess they set the bar pretty high because this place does not meet...
