I’ve supported this business since they first opened because I liked the food but I will NEVER be returning based on the horrible way I was treated today by the owner Mireya. Today I placed a to go order for a salad and shake. I also had a coupon the owner Mireya gave me I wanted to use due to my order being incorrect the last time I placed a phone order. When I arrived I was given my order by a cashier and upon opening the bag realized my salad was once again incorrect. When I told the young man about my salad not being right he was quick to tell me that was the salad I ordered then realized I was right and it was incorrect. He told me to have a seat and would make the correct salad. I mentioned to him that this was the second time this has happened and I call in my order ahead of time so I don’t have to wait. He didn’t respond to me and went to the back. After waiting the owner came up front to give me my correct salad. I then told her that this was the second time that this had happened. She acted completely oblivious and said this is the salad you ordered right? I told her it is now because the guy had to remake it and once again this the second issue I’ve had recently where my order was incorrect upon calling ahead of time. She then told me that’s why we didn’t have you pay for it. I told her I was already charged! She then acted very irritated and said you know what we just won’t charge you for it. I told her thanks but it isn’t about the money, it’s about the customer service and her and the staff acting irritated towards me when my order was messed up. She then asked me do I think that she’s happy that she’s losing money by refunding me? Smh . I told her that’s not my fault and good customer service would have been just apologizing not having an attitude with me and arguing with a customer especially someone that comes in all the time. As I was leaving she then said to have a good day and that next door has really good salads as well! (We all know what that means don’t come back! ) I have actually never written an online review for anyone that was negative but I was treated so poorly today as a customer and then basically told that my business isn’t wanted I had to let others know. The staff were so helpful and explained everything they have and how to create my own smoothie. ALL OF THEIR FRUITS AND VEGGIES ARE FRESH, not canned or frozen. I couldn’t believe it, she actually had to show me haha. This may be the most delicious smoothie I have ever had. And I don’t know what kind of blender they have, but it is mixed to an almost buttery consistency. They charged me without giving me any discount at all. When I asked them about it they tried to press buttons to make it make sense but it didn’t. The total without the discount was less than the total I was charged. Please make it make sense. So I ended up paying full price when I was supposed to get a 25% discount and I think I paid more.
